I hope things start getting better for you soon.Food today so far
Breakfast:
Kashi cereal *2oz measured200 cals
1/2 cup soy milk (cuz I'm lactose intolerant so don't be too impressed, lol) 50 cals
1 Kiwi, large 50 cals
Calories- 300
Thanks Shandy...it's my day off so I'm just tryin not to think about it. I called the computer place and they're hectic but they haven't figured out what's wrong yet so I'm nervous. It's not like they can just reformat either because it's not responding to the windows disk and all that shows is a blinking no responsive cursor on a blank screen. So I'm nervous that my computer is done for and all that money wasted....I haven't had it but a few years and I paid way to much for it so I'm gonna be pissed if it's not fixable or I have to pay alot to fix it. Anyway...think I'm gonna go back to not thinking about it, lol. Did you follow that Kashi link and get a free cookie yet?
Lunch:
leftover KFC chicken, thigh and leg- 460
Cottage cheese 4oz - 190
total lunch calories- 650
I think I'm definitely going to have to get more picky and creative...650 cals for some old cold chicken and cottage cheese ....not sure it was worth it, lol. So anyway I have about 1000 cals left for dinner...plenty of room and better than I've done in days.

*WAVES** thanks for stopping by the journal.
mm gravy goes good with anything. though in general i prefer my hashbrowns with maple syrup. i think it's a canadian thing.
I can't do low carb diets. I require way too much bread and pasta to be happy. I'd rather give up every mildly salty food i own ( since i find sticking to low sodium easier) and ever sweet than give up my bread and pasta.
Btw go you you're even measuring your cereal so you get the correct calories there.
Lisa, although, you seem like you're staying on track even with car and computer issues.Thank god I don't live down south, because biscuits and gravy would kill me!! Thankfullythey aren't a big NE thing. Taco Bell, I can resist all day long, 'cuz it doesn't even smell good to me.
Hope you are able to de-stressLisa, although, you seem like you're staying on track even with car and computer issues.
See ya 'round.
