Lift, Train, Fitness

Tru, sorry you were pregnant, did you deliver yet?

Little miss is almost 7 months old now.

She is doing well, I will post more later, I have a workshop on studio portrait photography tonight and have been photographing a chess tournament all day.

Yesterday was flat out, chess comp went well for the teams I was there to transport and photograph, being kids I don't post those pics, they are given to the school to publish but I did take a few pics of the boards/pieces etc that I can use.

then in the evening I got a chance to use some professional studio lighting which I don't have at home, which was exhaustion but worth it at the end of a long day.

Bub has just woken up so that is all from me for the moment.

Spent 3 hours today walking the shared walking/mountain bike trails near by today, will post one of the pics later when I have downloaded them off my camera.

I used to love to play chess as a kid. Kinda wish they had a team or something here locally, maybe I'll look into it. The hiking sounds really fun, and nice to get a little break from the babe, I'm sure! :)

not a great video taken phone at dusk but this is one of my boys flying to roost.

my eating has been good but no idea what my weight is doing as I have not replaced my scales yet.

Peacocks are such fascinating birds. Good eating should produce a good weight in the long run. I have no doubt you know what you´re doing.

Accidentally left a sliding door open onto the veranda this morning and had to chase Whitey the leghorn hen, Pugly the guinea fowl and Bob the peacock out of my kitchen lol some of my birds take an open door as an invitation to come inside at the first oportunity.

otherwise it has been a quiet day, have not eaten anything I shouldn't so here is a spider pic to brighten up this post, this spider is no more than 1cm long.
