TODAY: I did it! I did my last 3 miles! 15 miles for the week! The crazy thing was that i was regretting the run today because i've been soooo sore and such. Well today i was actually completely fine with this run, not only was i not worn beyond belief, but it went really fast! i am pretty happy with myself. I also did bis, tris and abs, which i did a little differently this time. i increased weight with each workout. in honor of cord i'll list again. still supersets btw.

BB preacher curls- 10x65, 10x75, 10x85
close grip BB flat bench- 10x145, 10x185, 10x205
DB hammer curls- 10x40, 10x45, 8x50
triceps pushdown (with rope)- 10x60, 10x85, 5x100 (lol)
BB curl- 10x75, 10x85, 4x100 (lol)
dips (bodyweight) 15, 12, 10

decline sit-ups- BWx10, BW+10lbsx8, BW+25lbsx5
leg raises, 10, 10,

there ya go!

i plan on relaxing this weekend, even though i have a party on sat. evening. What are you guys plans this weekend?
 
don't really feel like posting or interacting with anyone at the moment so this will be short. chest and back today. ran 5 miles after wards. lost 6 lbs this week. have a nice day.

taco tuesday!

well today i am back to normal i had a wild and rough weekend emotionally. it kinda leaked into the week and well i didn't want to be bothered with anyone. So thanks fro everyone who posted yesterday. Today i did bis and tris, and i did 2.5 miles, or 30 laps of interval training. I would walk 1 lap then run the next two til i got to thirty. nice fulfilling workout. Played tennis for 1.5 hours, but my mind wasn't really in it. still had some fun though. well that's it for me today. talk to you peeps later.
 
Glad to hear you're back to normal. Emotional stuff does tend to bleed into other aspects of your life, and sometimes you just have to draw back a little.

Hey there buddy! I know how that goes... taking a break for a day or two sometimes lets you get yourself back in the swing and excited about the forums again! I know thats what i needed..... and now i am excited to come on here and talk to everyone... except ive been sick so i didnt really have much to say the last few days lol.

Wednesday

Repeat of last week. played tennis last night for 2 hours, good times. came in and did legs, managed to hit the 405 mark with the squats 2 solid times. happy with that. last week i didn't go all the way down on the first one, for fear of death lol. After wards i did a five mile run on the track took roughly 50 min, so i think i can probably run a 5k in less than 30 min if i can maintain a 10 min mile for 5 miles. i'll have to try it out soon.

So here we are on thurday, last night i was helping someone lern how to play, so it wasn't really a workout. today though, chest and back, then a 3 mile run! that puts me at 15.5 miles this week, going for 20 methinks. i also need new workout gloves, can't find my current pair, and deadlifts today made my hand look like mutilated paper. ouch indeed. I saw the guy whom i used to talk about losing weight with when he was 359 and i was 330 in jan. When he sees me he always asks me to weigh in with him, so i did. I clocked in at 240 and he 259. Unfortunately for him he has tons loss skin, but he is at least getting more healthy! i realized i've almost lost a third of me now! kinda cool. i have blog-esque to write, but i'll do it later. gotta check somethings here at work first.
