Hi Amiba! Things are going quite well. Don't be jealous, you'll be there as well soon enough!

So today i went for walk/run (mostly walking) with a friend. we did about 3 miles, then i came home ate and played tennis for 2 hours. enough workout for one day lol. tomorrow is soak in the hot tub day and relax! i can't wait!

and I'll be so happy.. :D I've never worn a bikini in my life and it is the first thing I'll do!

nice, I was never good at tennis.. my fear of balls. hah! but it seems like an amazing workout!

So did you get your 18.3 hours of tennis in this weekend? No wait...you said something about hot-tubbing...so it was probably only 15.3 hours ;)

no no hot tub this week. just relaxed on sunday. should have went though would have been nice lol. I ended up actually missing the gym this morning because i had to replace my tires before work. i'm thinking about going after the work and tennis just to get it in!
i did a 3 mile walk run on sat and two hours of tennis, so i did well. I really wasn't going to update today, but since you posted, why not. hmmm as far as how many hours i played last week....

total tennis- 10 hours lol.
running/walking:
thurs- 37 min
sat- 1 hour 20 min

total running/walking- 2 hours (pretty much)

gym-
mon-1.5 hours
tues-65 min

friday-1.5 hours

total gym - 6 hours 40 min

total exercise last week- 18 hours 40 min. lol so i did my 18 hours, and that's becasue i didn't play on friday like i normally do.

Tuesday!

oh man is today off. I played three hours of tennis since i didn't go to the gym yesterday. this week will be a tues-sat gym week. I hit the gym kinda late today, because i was shopping for food so late because of tennis. did weights and cardio today since i missed Monday, and i am all off track. made sure i hit 500 cals on elliptical, and hit full body on the weights. weigh-in today officially puts me at 247, wheee! So as i was leaving one of the regs told me that 200 is going to be too small for me. we ask a trainer, who i respect (he is a professional body builder) and he said 225 is where i should probably aim for. I'm torn now. you guys seen me at 256, what do you guys think would i look too small with 56 lbs missing? If the pic is 1 or 2 pages back, if you've not seen it, or should i just repost it? i guess i'll see based on the responses.

WED (no one cares :( )

OK so yesterday 2 hours of tennis. today was 65 min of cardio. level 16, 7.1 miles 1040 calories burned. post cooldown- 7.36 miles, 1103 cals burned! good times. Only relly answered my question and now i am a sad panda.. maybe its because i've not been to anyone's thread? i promise i will! i just need to get through this week i have my 10 year class reunion and such going on this week people flying in from all over and work is crazy! ok talk to you guys later.
 
only you can decide what you want to be at weight wise.... im sure you would look good regardless... just depends if you want to be leaner or not...... you may get to 220's and say dammmmn i look good... no more weight loss.... or you might decide you have a few inches you wanna trim and make it 200...... you will figure it out... no need to worry yourself with it now id say!!!!!

sorry not been around in awhile...i had to go back and read up on you..and see some pics of you!! wow you look absolutely great!!! haaaaaaawtttt!!!

as far as the question abuot your goal. i think marie is right. you have to decide for yourself what is right for you....based on how you feel, how you look and what ultimately is healthy. my hubby went from 310 to about 215 or so a few years ago. he is 6 foot...at 220 i thought he looked sexy as hell...then when he started getting into the teens and wanted to get near 199...i felt he looked way too thin but hey i was looking at it differently than he was..he had a goal....his body just wouldnt go down to under about 215...i think if he would have taken unhealthy shortcuts maybe....but i guess i am saying listen to your brain and body. i think sometimes the number on the scale is too important to us........i know i am a freak about it.

anyway sorry havent been around...just doin my thing

Hey guys! thanks for the input. LOL at panda. No exercise post work yesterday, went toan all you can eat restaurant to me some friends from high school who are in town for the reunion this weekend. man i had one piece of fried chicken, and a piece of steak and i felt like i was going to throw up the rest of the night... oh well fried food isn't for me anymore lol. Today did weights and only 21 min of cardio but i'll live without the last 9. i needed to get to work early today. so yeah, that's it from my end. hope all is well for everyone!
 
i had a bag of real potato chips at the tigers game last night..wow talk about grreeeaazzzy...i know how you feel about having food your body isnt used to anymore...doesnt feel right...does it. good for us!!!

Friday friday.

So its friday, but i still ahve another gym day so i am sad.... did my hour of cardio. 7.3 miles 1103 calories.. wheeee. just glad its over. my 10 year reunion starts today, and i'm ready to wow people lol! anyway, i have a model to complete asap so i need to get going. i promise ext week everyone's journals will be filled with my joy!
