tuesday!
Hi RG! i am doing 7 miles on the elliptical so no worries there, the most i've run was 3 miles in 30 min. so about 6 per hour. and thanks for the compliments!
Ok Last night i played to hours of tennis, and it was quite enjoyable. Today, i hit the gym this morning for some moderate cardio, since i was a little sore and its my 1 hour session, so i figured i don't have to push so hard EVERY time i come in. I did push somewhat though. i did 6.63 miles in 60 minutes, but i was on level 16 instead of 15, so not bad at all. i clocked in 1020 calories as well. Now with the extra five minutes of cool down, i.e me catching my breath, well (not really i was fine, i didn't over work anything, but i just go really slow to relax the muscles and such) i did 7 miles for 1100 calories. hanging out with a co worker tonight, so no tennis. Most likely a sushi date with a friend tomorrow, so no tennis either, but i may go for a two mile run. we'll stepped on the scale today to see 248, but it doesn't count il next monday, so i'll keep plugging away. Ah yes, today i got my body fat percentage checked. It was 27%. which means i have 62.5 lbs of fat on me. the good news with that is this:
At 300, i was 35% which means i had 105 lbs of fat, and 195lbs of lean body mass. 50lbs later i am 62.5 lbs of fat, 187.5 lean body mass. So in those 50lbs 40 was fat and 10 was muscle lost. If i can do that with these last 50, i will be at 200 lbs, 25lbs fat, 175 lean body mass with a bf% of 12.5. i think that will be excellent, i hope to not only acheieve it, but possibly surpass it! next check will be at 225.
