
ok here we are. only tuesday. kind of unfortunate lol. But today was cardio day. and i absolutely went crazy. i decided that i wanted to push myself a bit and i went at it hard. i finally wanted to hit that 7 mile mark in 60 min. so i chugged and chugged and hit 7.13 miles in my 60 min for 1003 calories. cooldaown brought me to 7.51 miles and 1076 calorie burned for the day. hard effin core. it felt great. Even cooler, yesterday's tennis session was amazing. i was hitting the ball like a champ and was feeling really good about it! no exercise this evening, and i'm completely content with that. maybe tennis tomorrow though.
there was one encounter i forgot to mention on sat or sunday that i thaought was cool. when i went to the bank to deposit my check on saturday. the teller that helped me had been switch to another bank for a few months and was back. When she saw me walk up to her counter space, she goes "wow, you look really good! I know it hasn't been THAT long but what a difference! you look really good!" I told her she didn't look so bad herself and thanked her for the compliment. pretty cool though. just thought i'd share.

That's an impressive workout...be careful not to bulk up too much or you'll look like the Michelin man swinging a fly-swatter when you're on the tennis court
