Hey kiwi gal, happy waitingi day for yesterday. I spent the day working in the garden, with I'd been at the beach! Sounds great.

Good work on the weight loss.

I had a shake for brekie this morning and iv got some cruskets with tomato and light cream cheese for lunch (yum!)
and I will be off to the gym tonight for a good work out.

Im super glad its friday, looking forward to a sleep in tomorrow!! I will be off to the gym again though and after that im meeting up with a friend and we are taking her puppy for a walk which should be good fun.
Lots of exercise!!

On another note,only 4.5 kgs down and im noticing my size 16 (size 14 US) jeans that i could just squeeze in to before are feeling alot more comfy! yay lol

on that note im going to head off and do some work.

Yeah its cool when clothes start to feel different, hugely motivating!
 
4.5kgs is a lot - take it with pride gal!! Amazing feeling when you put on that jean and its got a bit of breathing space hey. All my tracksuit pants are sitting nice and loose now where as before they were quite tight and I also had to wear a long shirt to cover the butt. Great job on the exercise.
 
thanks guys! yeah I know I shouldn't have said 'only' lol but i thought it would take loosing abit more to notice the clothes starting to fit a bit better :p....
Anyways im a happy camper and very proud of my self :)

Anyways now confession time!! , i had a pretty bad and unhealthy day yesterday.
I went out with my friend and we were on the bourbans big time, i think we got home somewhere in the vicinity of 5am after having maccas!!! (naughty naughty naughty) though it definitely saved the hangover and i was feeling somewhat alive today, just knackered.
Though we did take the puppy for a huge LONG walk and hes a playful energetic 15 week old retriever so that def burned a few cals...
Back in to the gym this week!!

anyways despite a little slip up this weekend im feeling good and that scale is almost at 97!!

Feeling abit blah today... not sure why....
You know those days when you cant get your hair right and your tired and you just look in the mirror and think.. ew this will have to do :(
After feeling so positive yesterday i dont know whats wrong with me

Hopefully a good session at the gym will get my head back in to the right place.

Feeling a lot better today, but wow yesterday was Sh*t, a few bits of bad news and some work drama added to my horrible mood.

I went to the gym though and had a GREAT workout, i managed to do loads and sweated up a storm lol but i had so much energy.. Not sure what that was about???... i usually come out abit tired and sore but i walked out feeling like i could go run a marathon or something and felt much better.

I definately have a lot more energy these days and im feeling back on track.
One thing is annoying me though, bought a new digital scale over the weekend and im not sure if its not calibrated properly or if its normal to fluctuate so much..
I stepped on today and it said i was 99. nearly died!! , but then i tried again and it was saying 96.8, tried a few more times and it kept saying the same thing so im just going to take that weight, it does seem to fluctuate alot though even in the space of half an hour. GRR annoying. Is this normal?

Wow jumped on the scales today and it said 95.2!! not too sure whether to believe it or not but im pretty happy!
Its weird because I cant really feel it in my body yet but I can when I put clothes on because some of them feel looser.. especially my work shirt!
I guess working out at the gym loads is paying off

Just popped in to see how you're doing. It sounds like your plan is paying off. Great job!

I need to weigh myself a minimum of five times. I toss the lows and highs, and hope for a repeating number in the middle. Also, I was reading about your burst of energy at the gym... I've noticed that my energy highs since starting this last month are very high, but my lows aren't as low as they were before. I assumed it's related to my blood sugars being more stable.

Anyway, keep up the good work.
 
thanks heaps! yeah i decided to do the same and just try 5 or 6 times to see what number is consistant.. so far 95.2 is staying put yay!!
Btw Don Keykong congrats on your weight loss already that is so awesome :)

Iv got a bit of a challenge today... im off to dinner with some girls i used to work with and then probably off in to town for dancing and a few drinks maybe, i know i totally fell off the wagon last saturday when i did this so im going to try to be very good today, drinking lots of water, limit my self to maybe 2/3 drinks and do lots of dancing to sweat it all off ;).
I also looked up the menu of the place we are going online to try see what the healthiest (but also yum) option is, theres a chicken salad that sounds tastey so i think i will try that.
No gym today, iv been the last 5 days so giving my self a break.

So i did pretty good with the dinner out... Had a yummy chicken,bacon and avocado salad, and a glass of water!
However later in the night.....ended up going in to town again, had a fair few drinks which probably went waaaay over my calories (i dont even want to add it up), hopefully the hour long walk home helped a little bit.....

anyways all in all things are good, still loosing weight so im happy.

off to the gym tonight, looking forward to a good work out!
 
not much to report today.... i seem to be hovering between 94.5-95.5 , grrr go down to 94 please :p. My next wee mini goal is to get down to 90 which will mean a loss of 12.5 kgs!
I bought a NZ/AUS/UK size 16 dress (USA 14) off of trade me which just arrived.. it fits beautifully YAY one dress size down.
I cant wait to be able to buy size smaller jeans, i always found jeans hard to find because i have big hips and that would mean being a size bigger that what i needed for the rest..... hmmm anyway waffling now

Iv been enjoying the gym and can definately feel my fitness and energy levels improving.
My skin is also feeling really great, thanks i think in part to all the water im drinking.

Had a glass of wine last night but apart from that have been doing pretty good with my food.

Sometimes I forget that this is not all about weight loss, despite saying it out loud all the time. The real obvious benefit is how much better I feel! No joint pain, more energy, diminished digestive issues, etc. It's worth doing this new lifestyle for THOSE reasons alone!
 
Congrats on the dress size down! I haven't gone down a cloth's size yet, but I'm sure it's a matter of time. Pretty soon you'll be to a US size 12. :D
 
Congrats on all the weight loss :) and even bigger gears on going down a size! You go girl! ( I can say that, right? ) ha.
 
We have very similar goals. I'm currently hovering around 95.2 - 95.4 and my first mini goal is 95. I'm so close I can taste it. Then the next goal is 90kg. Great job on the exercise - I'm not doing so good in that department....yet!
 
Just wanted to pop in and say Hi! I'm also on a meal replacement diet (just drinking the shakes from Aldi at the moment because every other shake diet is far too expensive for me right now). You're going great guns!!

I actually think i would be struggling alot more with out having this diary to write in and the support from every one so it is muchly appreciated
