94.2 this morning.... go dooooooooown damn you. So close.

I had two seperate people at work notice i had lost weight yesterday which was an awersome feeling :), and then another one complimented me on the top i was wearing, awww farm fuzzies!

anywho.. weekend coming up, and traditionally as we have learnt im never too fantastic with keeping on track.
My plan is, gym sat morning, dinner out with a friend - one glass of wine!!!
There will be no going out dancing/drinking this time as my friend has to work in the morning so thats good.
Then maybe depending on how im feeling i will drag my ass to the gym on sunday.

Fun fun!

That's fantastic! For me, it's always a huge motivator when other people notice. Makes it seem more real. Weekends are always harder for me too. I don't have access to the fitness classes I usually take through my university so it's easy to sit on my butt and do nothing. Gotta stay strong and motivated though! It'll keep the compliments coming in. :D
 
Grrrr tried to post in here a few times over the last few days but it wouldnt let me.. think my computer was having issues!

Cory totally agree with ya it is always a huge motivator when other people notice!

So not much to report at the moment really... am still going with the diet and doing pretty good, still enjoying the gym.
Im now sitting at 93.2 (or there abouts... it keeps jumping arround from 93.0-93.4 so im just going to go down the middle) YIPPEE thats 9.3 kgs ( or 20 pounds i think) lost thus far!
Pretty amazed .... i look at my self in the mirror though and sometimes i can see changes and other times i look at my self and think URGGG i cant see it. My clothes are definately noticing the change though, my work shirt is realllly loose and size 16 clothes are fitting nicely.
I did buy a size 14 (NZ/AUS/UK) top at the weekend which felt awesome ha! , though in all fairness it was one of those floaty chiffon kind of ones so it was pretty forgiving and bigger sized anyways..

Right enough waffling, better get my butt in to get and get ready for the gym

=)

It is a good point tho I actually think i will post some pics soon, just have to find a few decent ones :p (if thats possible!)
 
Bleh i am so glad its the weekend.
Work is sucky/stressful. Im tired. I dont want to go to the gym tonight but i shall anyway.

Good for you for going to the gym. If you can do it when times are stressful, you can do it during the good times as well.
 
Im getting pretty bad at posting in here regularly, mainly because i dont have a lot interesting to say......... the whole dieting and excercising thing has just become a part of my routine which is good.
I found when i first started it was pretty much all i thought about, now I can just go about day to day life and not have to think too hard about wanting bad food (which is awesome).
I still struggle at the weekend i know, iv been going out quite a bit and i know thats not really the best for weight loss.

Abit of a challenging weekend coming up... birthday on friday (24.. eeeeek getting old :p) dinner on friday night with a few friends and then I am off for the weekend to visit some friends in Hamilton.
This will probably be quite a boozy girly weekend but i will try and be as good as i can.
Does anybody know which alcohol is the lowest in cals? (if any), I was thinking diet coke and vodka?, low cal beer/wine??

hmm anyways better go do some work!

Oh and P.S almost at 92kgs! woot

Whoa...only 17kg to go till you hit your target...thats awesome. You could be down to 12kg or so by the end of the month...awesome!

If your dancing pretty full on when you go out and drinking responsibly (is that possible), then the calories should generally even out. Vodka's pretty decent in terms of calories, maybe that and sodawater/lime. A few of those and some waters in between and you'll be sweet as!

Lol "only 17"!!! sounds like a loooot, but i guess in saying that im getting close/ish to halfway

Anyways going to be completely honest I have had a pretty bad few days eating wise.
I had 4 days off work (annual leave on Friday and regional holiday Monday), I went out for my birthday dinner on Friday which actually wasn’t too bad.. I had a salad and treated my self to a beer and a glass of wine.
BUT I went away for the weekend and ate a lot of bad stuff (pizza for dinner,snacky foods like chippies and dip and a burrito with pretty much everything under the sun in it on sunday),I drank a fair amount on Saturday night and yesterday I went to the movies and im pretty certain I ate my body weight in buttery salty popcorn :p. I also didnt go to the gym as i was away for the weekend and it was closed on monday!!
Im not too upset because it’s a new week and all that. scales are still sitting at 91 as they did before i left for the weekend for now…(not going to look at them for a few days!!) and im going to go hard at the gym this week and hopefully undo some of those slip ups at the weekend.
Had a fantastic weekend though and a great birthday, was definately spoiled :) :)

onwards and upwards!
 
Right so im finlly being brave enough to attach a couple of pics!! (if it works!!)
The first one is me on newyears eve 2012/2013 probably weighing about 102 (my starting weight)
Second one was taken yesterday 91 kgs, still finding it a bit hard to notice the changes my self!!

11 kgs lost, still a long way to go...

Those pictures really tell a wonderful story. The difference is stunning!!!! What a brilliant achievement in just a couple of months.

I bet theres a few boys out there in your office/social circle thats starting to notice ;)

Hmmmmmm not a lot to report at the moment, things are ticking along nicely, super close to being at 90kgs which is AHHHH dkjfhsoufhlsaklfajknvfsdfn... so exciting, my next little goal was back in to the 80s and its sooo near :D

life is going to get a whole lot busier for me in April, im taking on some more study, whilest still working full time,and im making my self a promise that i wont use this as an excuse to not work out so offten!!!.
Should be a good challange though

90 90 90!!! yaaaay 90 kgs.
This means 12.5 kgs or 27.5 pounds (i think) lost thus far.

Very happy.... now come at me 80's!!

I just wanted to share that lol

I think I can speak for everyone (or maybe just myself : P) when I say "Pictures at 80kg?" I think thats reasonable isnt it!

Actually to be honest no one has really comented on my weight loss... I was thinking about it over the weekend and so far iv had one lady i work with mention that i looked like i was loosing quite early on after maybe 4/5 kgs, but not really anything since then.
Maybe its not that noticable since iv been wearing the same clothes or something???, or maybe it will take a bit more... not entirely sure, i guess when people are arround you constantly its hard to notice.

So anyways nothing exciting to report. I had a work farewell for lunch on friday , i did have a bit of bread and some cheese/crackers (which im not supposed to be eating too much of atm) but i didnt go overboard and it fit in to my cals so all good!, apart from the iv been pretty good.
Went to the gym on saturday and had a pretty decent session.

Iv got a relatively stressful week coming up at work (quarterly report time eeek!) so fingers crossed i can resist those comfort food temptations!!

Jumped on the scale today at work and it was hovering on 89!!! woo :p, it might be a fluctuation but im totally taking it!
