Today was a bit busy because I had to get things ready for when we go on vacation this Sunday but I ate pretty well and managed to fit in some exercise.
-Yogurt in the morning (blueberry)
-Rice
-A banana
-Rice w/furikake
-A handful of dark choco m&m's (naughty I know!)
-Special K protein cereal w/lowfat milk
-For dinner I'm making brocoli, carrots, and some yellow peppers
The bowls of rice were pretty small so it's a bit low on calories which was the bad point of today's menu. Other than that I had a little of everything which wasn't bad. For exercise this may sound so retarded but I did the Wii boxing for half an hour which is a really good work out!
I'm a little worried about staying at Disney because the food there is pretty bad but the hotel has a gym so whatever. Taking pictures for ds's birthday will keep me from overindulging when I see how fat I am in them!!
