okay - the past few days have been crap, but i'm on schedule again - here we go...
breakfast:
egg on toast (150)
orange juice (100)
snack:
raisins (130)
lunch:
ravioli (400)
salad (100)
snack:
cookie (100)

dinner:
2 beers (300)
pizza (400)
total cals: 1710
h2o: 64+
exercise: -
That good old time of the month has come around again... so who knows what my weigh-in tomorrow will be like...
