Kate's ~4 month~ Journal.

Alright. Recap of what I ate today.

Breakfast- 2 eggs- 1 english muffin.
Lunch- Apple & pretezels
Snack- Some chex mix & vanilla wafers.

Ughhh. My ankle is really sore, actually all around my foot is. Ill try jogging tomorrow morning, but I might not be able too. :willy_nilly:
 
Doggy,

Ill probably be able to handle the treadmill tomorrow. My foots already feeling alot better. Me on the other hand. :ack2:
Well, my foot is part of me.. but whatever.
Ive been feeling pretty drained lately, and on other days Im all jittery and hyper. And let me tell you something, jittery > drained.
Its probably a combination of waking up early(not getting enough sleep too), my poor fat encased body isnt used to any form of exercise, and Ive cut alot of unhealthy foods that I usually eat out of my diet.

In conclusion- Being healthy is bad for my health.
 
Good Morning Doggy,

Well, Ive started and will continue to do stretching before each morning run. My ankle feels better, but I dont know how itll feel once 172 pounds starts repeatly crashing down on it. We'll see.

Its also starting to get easier waking up at 5, so thats good. My usual bedtime is 11 right now, I think Ill try to make it 9:30, so I dont fall asleep at school(I fell asleep on the bus yesterday, I was woken up with a cheesestick thrown at me)

Ive also already gotten complaints from my mom and sister about my little exercise routine in the morning. My sister says it sounds like the whole house is coming down, and my mom just comments on the constant thudding that wakes her up at 6. Well, they can deal with it, or get ear plugs. Their choice.

I think Ill have time to get my homework done after the run.

In conclusion- Goto bed earlier. Stretch in the morning. IGNORE THEM, KEEP RUNNING LIKE THE HOUSE IS FALLING APART! :blush5:
 
Doggy~

Okay. Just got done running. My foot hurt(I think its my shoes causing this), when I ran I could feel the side cramp sneaking up on me, I dont know how I should breathe when Im running, and my hair kep falling in my face, all of these combined led me to not work out my hardest. I didnt run the last five or six minutes because my side was hurting, so I just cranked up the incline and walked the last five.

So far I havent finished one of these workouts, so Im just considering those practice ones. I will continue to run this same workout every morning, but once I finish one run completely, then I will begin counting down the week.

Discouraging? A little, but not really. Ill keep going until I get it, and not move onto a harder exercise that will be even harder for me. Yup. Just stick with it.

I also got my mom to buy a magic bullet(with my money), so once that gets here Ill just have protien shakes in the morning. Looking forward to it getting here.

In conclusion- Buy head band of some sort to keep hair out of my face.
Go onto google and look up how to breathe while running.
Do something about those shoes, their hurting my feet.
At last, stick with it. No sense in quitting now.
 
i am seriously enjoying your diary!!! anyways i hope you show your friend in a couple of months when you come back to school looking gorgeous!!! my motivation is actually going to see my bff at the end of the summer... we havent seen each other in 6 years... and i have ballooned since then... while she has lost weight... pretty ironic eh???
 
Ha. Yeah. Its my only means of revenge, its like Im doing this for her and not for myself. xD

That sounds fun. Well, I bet youll be looking pretty good at the end of the summer if you keep exercising and eating right.

seriously i told my friends that i was going away this summer... soo they wouldnt call me wanting to hangout... and i could just surprise them all when i saw them after i get some free time from college!!!
 
No, I dont want to tell anyone at school that I am anyways. It probably wouldnt yield very good results. xD

Thats cool. We'll both shock our friends after summer. xD
I think thats some good motivation.
 
Dear Doggy,

My friends are assholes. I think Ill try to find some new ones next year, and if I cant, Ill just be a loner. My lunch, as you can see, is just the right size for me. When I say me, I mean ONLY me. Anna, who will no longer be referred to as friend, always takes some of my lunch. She begs until she gets something. Today I withstood 15minutes of non stop begging, only to be called a fat whore after I didnt give in. Then she kept begging.

Its not that it hurt my feelings to be called that, its just Im sick of her as a whole. Rude, selfish, always seeking a compliment, and most of all, PATHETIC. Im going to ignore her, and you know what, screw next year. Im going to get rid of my shitty friends as soon as possible.

Ahhhh. Yup. Please dont think of this as some petty highschool drama, this is just me realizing that I deserve better friends than the ones I have.

No drama here, this shit is done and over with.
Might as well detox my body and social life at the same time. :cheers2:

Dinner- 1 cup rice & 1/2 can tuna. 1 cup organic tomato soup.

I will have nothing else for the night, except some tea. Maybe. :blush5:

Im going to shower then jog.

I know, I know, its a bad idea, but I cant stand how my hair feels right now. :ack2:

You think my mom will get mad at me for showering at 5:20 in the morning.. ?
Oh well.

Shower-clean room- jog- homework- breakfast- catch bus and goto school.
 
I FREAKIN MADE IT!

All 20 minutes, jogged all the minutes I was supposed to! YESSS.
My stomach didnt cramp up too much and i just sucked it up and ran through it. Im also getting better on my breathing so that helps.

Now I can start my first week of the Couch to 5k.
Yessss.

Dinner- 2 eggs & ham. 1 piee whole wheat toast

I think Im doing decent with my diet, and the worst slip up Ive had is some vanilla wafers.

Im going to my dads house this weekend. Dont really want to, but meh. I kinda have too. I usually just lay around doing nothing all day at his house, so hopefully the boredom wont lead to hunger which in turn leads to allooootttt of eating. Ill just go out for walks all day. Thatll work.

Well, I was at my sisters house, and I had some pie.
I REGRET NOTHING!

Only because Ive been a very good girl all week.

She also gave me a size 10 pair of jeans she didnt want, and seeing as how Im size 14 right now, I want to be able to fit into them in a few months.

Ive also picked out the haircut I want by the end of the summer.
The one on the left.

At least Ive got some good motivation now.
 
Well, I ran through some evil side cramps today. But I made it all 20 minutes so yayyyyy. I also did about 15-20 minutes of stretching.

Breakfast- 1 cheesestick. Im TRYING to stomach some oatmeal.

I freakin HATE oatmeal. It reminds me of vomit. Ehhhhh.
With each bite I wash it down with some water though.

Oh yeah. Im going to join track next year to maintain my weight loss. Well, if I lose anything.

Doggy,

I got my haircut. I like it, but its REALLY short so Ill have to get used to it, and get used to my ponytail being gone. :(
Ill upload some pictures of it later.

On a sidenote-
Breakfast- 1 cheesestick. 1 piece wholewheat toast. 2 eggs/no yok.
Lunch- 1 can tuna w/ cheddar cheese.
Dinner- (Ill be at my dads house, JUNK FOOD GLORE! But Im not gonna eat ANYTHING unhealthy.)
Snack- (finally got my magic bullet! =D) 8oz shake. Had vanilla protien power-2 strawberries- some lowfat milk
