Well, I ran through some evil side cramps today. But I made it all 20 minutes so yayyyyy. I also did about 15-20 minutes of stretching.
Breakfast- 1 cheesestick. Im TRYING to stomach some oatmeal.
I freakin HATE oatmeal. It reminds me of vomit. Ehhhhh.
With each bite I wash it down with some water though.
Oh yeah. Im going to join track next year to maintain my weight loss. Well, if I lose anything.
Instant oatmeal is like slime w/chunks. I could NOT eat that crap...but old fashioned oats cooked in water with a little milk and artificial sweetener tastes great to me. Fruit and cream would be tasty additions, I'm sure...but I'll take my fruit as a separate dish.Are you eating instant oatmeal? That tastes REALLY bad.
The best thing to do is eat REAL oatmeal, as in rolled oats. They take a bit longer to cook but are yummier. Also, adding some honey or brown sugar or fruit really gives it the taste - I dont think I could eat oatmeal on its own lol.
You don't like vegetables? That's an awfully broad brush. You don't like corn? Carrots? Broccoli? Asparagus? Potatoes? Peas? Green beans? Celery? Snow peas? Squash?
When is the last time you tried a new vegetable or a vegtable prepared in a new way?

So, yesterday I was determined to exercise. I only forgot 2 littttlllle things. First thing, I forgot my IPod at my dads house. GREAT. I dont want to hear myself thudding on a treadmill for 20 minutes without some background music. And I forgot a headband to keep the hair out of my face. There is no way Ill be able to put my hair into a ponytail for the next few months, so Ill have to goto Riteaid and get a headband or something. Ill try to use a bandana and tie that around my head tightly, but I doubt itll work. Ill do my running after school once my mom drives me around to pickup the shit I forgot. Hope shes still not mad at me.![]()
Yeah, it gets awfully boring after a couple minutes.I Know how you feel! Sometimes I feel like I cant exercise if I dont have my ipod.
However, I find that reading magazines passes the time quicker, not so practical when running but it works really well on the elliptical!
