Doggy,

I went down to the highschool track with my dad. He ran, and is still running as I type this, while I just fast walked a mile after I decided I didnt want to jog. Im going down to the track again tomorrow, so hopefully Ill have better results then.

OH YEAHHH. Last night I had chicken caesar salad for dinner.
I had about 4 slices of cheese and 5 pretzels throughout the night. Im NOT going to eat after 8 ever again. I promise.

TODAYS MENU IS-

Breakfast- Orange

Lunch- 1 cup organic tomato soup. 1 piece wholewheat bread. Some cheese.
Snack- 1 apple w/ little bit of cheese
5 pieces of watermelon
tuna w/ cheese
crackers & cheese
1 lowfat popsicle
Dinner- Brown rice w/ chicken

I probably forgot alot of what I ate. I was a little pig yesterday.
At least I only devoured healthy stuff...

I happen to love oatmeal and it's one of the few low calories ways that I can consume milk. (I detest the flavor of milk) But if you hate oatmeal, why are you making it your breakfast of choice? Surely there are other options that you can enjoy and more importantly incorporate into a longer term change/plan....
 
Yeah, I dont ever plan on eating oatmeal again. Im planning on having protein shakes for breakfast from now on. Ive learned my lesson.

I wish I liked it though. I also wish I liked vegetables but thats never going to happen. xD
 
You don't like vegetables? That's an awfully broad brush. You don't like corn? Carrots? Broccoli? Asparagus? Potatoes? Peas? Green beans? Celery? Snow peas? Squash?

When is the last time you tried a new vegetable or a vegtable prepared in a new way?
 
Well, I ran through some evil side cramps today. But I made it all 20 minutes so yayyyyy. I also did about 15-20 minutes of stretching.

Breakfast- 1 cheesestick. Im TRYING to stomach some oatmeal.

I freakin HATE oatmeal. It reminds me of vomit. Ehhhhh.
With each bite I wash it down with some water though.

Oh yeah. Im going to join track next year to maintain my weight loss. Well, if I lose anything.

Are you eating instant oatmeal? That tastes REALLY bad.
The best thing to do is eat REAL oatmeal, as in rolled oats. They take a bit longer to cook but are yummier. Also, adding some honey or brown sugar or fruit really gives it the taste - I dont think I could eat oatmeal on its own lol.

Instant oatmeal is like slime w/chunks. I could NOT eat that crap...but old fashioned oats cooked in water with a little milk and artificial sweetener tastes great to me. Fruit and cream would be tasty additions, I'm sure...but I'll take my fruit as a separate dish. :)

Yeah, my mom said the instant oatmeal was good. I beg to differ.

Lunch- Brown rice (Im not very fond of it at the moment) 1 piece wheat bread
Dinner- Chicken boob & 2 small potatoes.
Snack - Protein shake


Yesterday I went over to my step-grandmas house and mowed part of the lawn. It sucked because her lawn wasnt flat, so that gave me a little workout.
I go back to my moms house tonight so Ill be back on the treadmill tomorrow.

Doggy, Ive been slacking on my diet lately. Being at my dads house is no excuse, even though I would love to blame it on that. Ive been snacking A LOT, and barely exercising. Im getting my ass back on track tomorrow. I weigh in on the 31st and Im going to kick myself in the face if Im not in the 160s.

P.S. Ive started my monthy week of torture, so if youre not interested in hearing about my cramps for the next few days, leave while you still can.

I dont want to hear myself thudding on a treadmill for 20 minutes without some background music. And I forgot a headband to keep the hair out of my face. There is no way Ill be able to put my hair into a ponytail for the next few months, so Ill have to goto Riteaid and get a headband or something. Ill try to use a bandana and tie that around my head tightly, but I doubt itll work. Ill do my running after school once my mom drives me around to pickup the shit I forgot. Hope shes still not mad at me. :svengo:
 
Oh, and Doggy, incase you couldnt tell the emotions I was feeling while typing the last message, I felt like pounding my head into a wall repeatedly and ripping all my hair out.

I Know how you feel! Sometimes I feel like I cant exercise if I dont have my ipod.

However, I find that reading magazines passes the time quicker, not so practical when running but it works really well on the elliptical!

Hope you work everything out and are feeling better!

Yeah, it gets awfully boring after a couple minutes.

I tired that once.. doesnt go to well if youre huffing and puffing the whole time. xD

Thanks! Im pretty sure Im just being a cry baby though. Ill get over it.

Lunch- Apples & pretzels
Snack- Vanilla wafers. tuna w/ cheese and crushed chips
Dinner- Little bit of salad. Wild rice w/ hamburger
 
Doggy, I got my headband and IPod. I shall return to my running schedule tomorrow. Ill stick to it, seeing as how I dont goto my dads house for awhile. God... that really screwed over the little bit of progress I had made.

In other news- my size 14 pants are really loose and I can squeeze my ass into 10s. In a few weeks Ill probably be a size 10. Yay. :blush5:

I asked my sister if she would feel fat if I was her size, and she said yes. What the hell? Well, I guess I can understand. Ive ALWAYS been the fat child, so she'll have to get used to my soon to be less fat figure. Ohhh yeahhhh.

4 days till weigh in. Lets see how my work has paid off...
