Kate's ~4 month~ Journal.

Ran this morning. Didnt want to run AT ALL, but I forced myself to complete all 20 minutes. Im going to run every morning from now on, unless Im at my dads house(which isnt for a few weeks).

Breakfast- About 4 vanilla wafers and some milk. (I was in a hurry)
Lunch- Apples & pretzels
Snack- 1/3 cup brown rice w/ hamburger. Protein shake. 3 little pretzels w/ peanut butter. Annnndddddd 2 pieces of gum.
Dinner- Salad w/ taco meat. A few chips w/ taco meat & cheese

Im tired as hell when I wake up at 5, so Ive slept in for 30-40 more minutes once the alarm goes off. I need to goto bed earlier.

Still dont want to run this morning, but Im going to. Alright, off to my morning run.
 
I ran all 20 minutes again. I didnt get any cramps at all, so Im improving I guess. Ill start week 2 the beginning of next month.

Dinner- Eggs & ham w/ english muffin

Today was pretty unhealthy..

Got up at 5:45. I guess thats not TOO bad.. right?

This time during the diet is usually when I give up and loose all motivation, but not this time. Im not going to give up. As long as I keep wrtitng in this diary Ill keep exercising.. so I guess Ill continue writing in here alot. Hummm... I weigh myself tomorrow. Lets see how that goes.

I went on the scale wearing only my birthday suit, so Ill do that every time for more accuracy.

Hmmm.... I have alot of homework I need to do this weekend.

Lunch- 1/2 cup beans & apple w/ cheese
Snack- Vanilla wafers. 1 piece wholewheat bread w/ peanut butter
Dinner- 8oz protein shake/ 1 red potato & 1 chicken boob

Ill run on the treadmill later, or might not even do it today. Not sure yet.

P.S. I promise I wont eat anymore vanilla wafers. I PROMISE.

My mom also bought me a new workout outfit or whatever you want to call it. So I guess Ill start my week 2 with a new outfit to get all sweaty. :nopity:
 
Doggy,

Im going to make some tea then read a depressing book about the Holocaust that will PROBABLY make me cry. Then write a report about it. Then try to finish 3 more books. Then write reports about all of those. Then write an essay. Top it off with some math homework I dont know how to do, then make a plan of action for a project/test in science class. Lets see if I can read about 1000 pages tonight and tomorrow...

Well, Ill report in on my run tomorrow. Good bye Doggy.

Good luck on your reading. I hope you can get it all done. Procrastination does suck, and I'm usually pretty familiar with it. Sometimes I find that I work my best under pressure but that is just me....

Cool to hear about your new workout outfit. Yay! You'll look cute when you workout :)

Good luck on tomorrow's run. I'm going to try to get one in too but, I'm not making any promises because i'm working overnite tonite... We shall see...

I was going to read, but then my mom and sister FORCED me to watch a chick flick. I had no choice. I swear.
I can only write an essay if its the night before its due, Ive done it all year except for one HUGE essay for history. I say I write better under pressure, but really Im just lazy.

Yes, Im always looking cute at six in the morning while Im sweating like a little pig.

Thanks! Hope you can squeeze in a run. Or just sleep in.

Im kinda liking that second option myself.. :nopity:
 
Did the first of week 2 this morning. :ack2:

I lost track of the time, so Im PRETTY sure I skipped one of the running sessions. Oops. When I was running the last running thingy I felt like I was going to pass out or something, so I guess its a good thing that I skipped one. I did all 20 minutes, but reached a mile at 17:30. Usually its at about 19-20, so Im improving.. ? At the end of summer, Im going to be able to run an 8 minute mile. Maybe. Thats my goal anyways.

Oh, and my new outfit makes me look alot thinner. Ohhhh yeaaahhhh.

Breakfast- 1 cheesestick. 1 protein shake (8oz). Eggs & ham & potatoes

I ate wayyy too much. Im stuffed. And tired.

We got a teapot from my sister, so now I dont have to heat my water up in a pan.
We also stopped at starbucks and my sister and mom got a cookie and drink, while I just had my apple. I didnt even crave anything, so that was weird. A good weird, though. Exercising is also getting easier, so thats good...

Its almost like Im -shockgasp- getting USED to exercising and not eating shit food! :eek:

I cant run this morning seeing as how we dont have water(lonnnngggg story).

Me + sweat + no water = bad

We're supposed to have running water after school though so Ill run then.
 
No running water. We're waiting for the stupid fuck that ruined it to get home and "fix" it. Im going to fucking hurt something.
 
Im on my sisters computer right now, seeing as how I got my internet connector taken away.

Im being faithful to my diet and exercise, and will continue to write in here once my internet is returned. Which might be awhile.
