I think it is a good idea that you focus on your health. Be sicking can really mess up the scale, too - and you dont want it to discourage you or give you a false reading. I'm sure you were up late last night anyways so Just rest and relax![]()

You should get some good sleep one of these nights....but I totally understand that uncontrollable forces preventing that.
Yoga - it's fabulous for everyone. It'll make you super flexible and lean... which is a great combination that will super pay off in many different situations!!! I'm about to start Bikram Yoga again now that I found a place near me - woohoo for Yoga for an hour and a half in a 90 degree room!!!! Try it out!
