I read somewhere... gee, let me think... that you needed a "not to hot trainer"... PERFECT!!! I'd have to bring the kids though! :biggrinjester: What a thought... That would be the end of any clients!!

Get advice from anyone here, that's where most of my routines came from.

Oh stop! Silly silly.

I love kids! Bring 'em on! I used to teach young preschool! Eeeeeeeek! Somehow I still want 3-4 of my own... especially now that Steve told me my big booty/hips are designed for it LOL

I will definitely seek routines from others here, now.

I DIDN't mean don't ask me also, just meant that there are WAY more informed people here than me. I could list them, but thank gawd... it's a long list! :)

Good luck to you on your weight loss! There is a lot of really good information here, and if you can't find what you're looking for, I think I'd be tempted to just come right out and ask :)

Friday

Might as well post for Friday... not over yet, but all fitness aspects are... save one protein shake at 945!

Am Upperbody workout! Good, not spectacular, but good! 8 of 10 I would say! JZ lacked a little intensity, but hey, his ass was tired!! :D Still a decent workout! Trying to circuit the entire workout on Wednesday of next week. We shall see.

Food - GOOD! I especially am proud of beating the pizza again... kiddos had cheese pizza, daddy had salmon on the GF and mixed veggies! I did have half a bread stick though... all in all, not to bad. Probably will be about 85 calories over for the target today, but hey... WTH!! I'lll bust some ass tomorrow morning cardio if I manage to get up before my peeps. Now, with my kids, peeps means something entirely differant than the "urban dictionary" meaning! It's those marshmallow treats at Easter, or Halloween... I use it like they are my little ducklings! My oldest(Aidan) HATES it, so of course I say it all the time! ;) ;)
 
that's the way, beat that Pizza temptation into submission :smash:

and 85 calories is nothing, your training will kill it :)

Personally, I tend to think that just about every guy is uglier then any gal. There are a few exceptions, but that's just the way I roll. :biggrinjester:

Way to avoid the Friday pizza day, JZ. I made the kids meatball parm heroes, but a grilled chicken and onion hero for me. Salmon would have been so much better.
 
Question: Is it true what Samantha said on Sex and The City? ;) The Scottish don't wear undies under their kilts???

The Salmon was DAMN good, if I don't say so myself!! Although, a chicken and onion sounds good too, hold the "O" on mine though!

That's what the "REGIMENTAL" comment about Trops and his kilt was... COMMANDO!! NO "undies" ;) :D I always do... walkin through bars could be DANGEROUS without the boxers underneath! :D
