Woke up early... didn't do a cardio workout though! :( I am sick. Cough, cold, crap! Ate hardly anything today... just didn't feel good. Stayin' in tonight... getting some rest! BLAH...:nopity: :nopity: :nopity:

I make some ubeblievable fresh home-made chicken noodle soup - I wish I could send it your way to make you feel better =(

It sucks having a cold... just makes you feel blah about everything. At least you have the weekend to rest and hopefully the kiddies are helping daddy out.

Hey dude, that's what the sporran is for! It helps to hold the kilt down in the front, at least in the wind :D

Don't rely on a sporran for that. Get a kilt pin. :eek:

Besides, you're single now. You don't have to worry about a little skin now and then.
 
Woke up STILL SICK, but decided to go play OML Hockey anyways!! I did good, two goals, two assists, but am paying for it now! I'm coughing up all kinds of NICE stuff!! Usually, a workout helps clear out all the junk, this time, made my throat hurt a little bit. My kids thought daddy played "SUPPA DUPPA"!! :d They are like little mascots off to the side of the bench! I love it!! So, food today, forced, but good. probably won't get all nutrition in, but hey, that's my perogative! *tells himself this to make himself beleive it*

Hopefully, tomorrow I'll feel better and be ready to kick some butt! :)

JZ, Eat a full clove of garlic. You'll stink for two days, but it will kick the shit out of a cold. I'll roast it and mix it in with asparagas or somthing.
 
Still SICK!! Throat!! No am workout.... nothing! The OML yesterday morning was probably a bit much... my throat is on fire. I'm NOT weighing today either... probably will have my next official weigh in on Monday Jan 5!! I'm not slacking, just am curious how I will do.

I think it is a good idea that you focus on your health. Be sicking can really mess up the scale, too - and you dont want it to discourage you or give you a false reading. I'm sure you were up late last night anyways so Just rest and relax ;)
