Rest up and when you're feeling better, I always think it's better to do a 50% workout, see how that feels, and then get back at 'er that way. But then I'm a baby :D
 
I think it is a good idea that you focus on your health. Be sicking can really mess up the scale, too - and you dont want it to discourage you or give you a false reading. I'm sure you were up late last night anyways so Just rest and relax ;)

Great advice and understanding! It's almost like you are a mind reader. ;) :D
 
Dude, I fucking swear, man, it has kept chub OFF me and take a gander at Yoga enthusiasts, men and women! The proof is in the pudding, my dear friend. :cool:
 
Still sick!! BUT, at least it's in my high chest and back.... working it's way out! No workouts! :( I just don't have the lounge power! Eating good though!! Wish I could TASTE IT!!!

I have recently wowed a few boys with my Yoga moves, then slyly encouraged them to move on their own, then started instructing them. Hook, line, sinker--they felt better for it!

You should get some good sleep one of these nights....but I totally understand that uncontrollable forces preventing that.

Yoga - it's fabulous for everyone. It'll make you super flexible and lean... which is a great combination that will super pay off in many different situations!!! I'm about to start Bikram Yoga again now that I found a place near me - woohoo for Yoga for an hour and a half in a 90 degree room!!!! Try it out!

I think Curvie Girlie is on to something here.

When I used to do yoga, my body felt amazing. My body felt "clean". I don't know how else to explain it. I slept better and basically everything in my life was better.

I stopped going because I ended up being plagued with injuries and I couldn't do half the class :D

But I do plan on going back because I think that spending an hour with yourself just doing yoga is the best gift you can give yourself, especially in these stressful times. It's so personal and that one hour can give your body a whole new lease on life.

Yoga isn't just for girls in spandex/lycra! :D I know lots of guys who do yoga, and they derive the same benefits as anybody else.

I'll TRY and sleep more... this "cold" really has me up late!! Uncontrollable is right!! ;) AH....Yoga.... Flexability.... How is it for aching backs???!! (Due to Bronchitis)!!
I need a good massage and a trip to the "Bone Cracker"!!
