Hey JZ, I'm wondering... Is it that we've just decided to let out the inner perv?

Or... is there any chance we've been encouraged? hmmmn... methinks we are not entirely to blame in this...
 
Monday was great!!!

KILLER upperbody workout!!! I went +5 on all lifts, including my suspect shoulders!! I was drenched at the end of 47 minutes. I had awesome intensity and really performed the entire workout as a circuit!!! I KICKED ASS... that's a 10!!!! My sleeves felt tight all day... gotta love that! More and more, I feel like the "old" JZ!!! I'm lovin' it!!

Breakfast - egg beaters southwest ommlette, 1 100 cal wheat english muffin
snack 1 - R2DS
lunch - Chicken and broccoli, yogurt
snack 2 - 20 almonds
dinner - grilled salmon and mixed veggies that was delicious!!
snack 3 - whey and apple... I was HUNGRY

Very good day... great start to the week!!!
 
Tuesday (yesterday)

Morning Cardio - 25 minutes HIIT on treadmill:ack2:, then 20 minutes of heavy bag work. I love the boxing! What a great way to vent frustrations!!! Great workout that energized me all day (well at least morning).

breakfast - morning star scrambled egg and turkey sausage(very good... thought I'd try something new)
snack 1 - cliff bar
lunch - 2 turkey sandwiches on wheat 100 cal english muffins, yogurt
snack 2 - R2DS
dinner - smart start, apple, yogurt (I hate cereal for dinner, but I was short on time)

Good day 2 of this week... Tomorrow, I rock the lowerbody workout!!!!

Glad you had such a great upperbody workout on Monday, I don't think I'll ever get to the point of having my sleeves feel tight after a workout. not unless I start wearing my kids' t-shirts.:blush5:

well, I hit the weights nice and hard....still not feeling the tight sleeves. ;) of course that might be because I'm wearing Matt's shirt. :D I dont' think these sleeves are even tight on him

Thanks Mac. I was very inspired by you at MY start. What you have done is amazing, and yep... just truckin away at my new life style! Sound familiar? I got that mindset from reading in your diary! Thanks.
