Kicking it Bro! I'm feeling pretty good today too, and was able to hit the gym before work, so I kicked my own as pretty hard today. Was a good workout.

Know what ya mean about the challenegs though, I'm out of them for now, too much going on. Stick with the plan and have faith in it, who cares about the numbers, they will work out on their own.
 
Great upperbody workout this morning!!! My shoulders are better and it felt great to blast them!!! Tomorrow... I'm hittin' the jumprope!! Going for 500 jumps straight!! Eating was great all day, and have my spicy chicken breast and brown rice for dinner tonight instead of the pizza I'm giving to the kids! This is hard, but I feel good about it! Should be another busy weekend, my oldest son has two soccer games, my daughter has gymnastics, and my youngest son will be "challenging" as always!! NO REST FOR DADDY!!! It's a good thing my energy has been going higher and higher each week!! I'm slidin' out of the Lose it by Christmas challenge... It's to much coordination for me right now. I was always confused where to post and blah blah blah. I'll keep my "official" weigh ins on Monday mornings.

Good to hear you are making quality time for the kids! This whole weigh-loss thing can start to overtake your life at times ;) I kinda fell off the wagon Friday night, but reading about you awesome workout (along with a few others) has got me back into the right positive frame of mind!

Hey JZ, hows the cardio going? ;) Hope you had a good weekend.

My weekend was FANTASTIC!! Aidan had two soccer games, and had a total of 6 goals and 9 assists!! I love to watch him play!! He's like a little David Beckam!!! Shandy... brace yourself... I did jump rope on Saturday morning for 35 minutes with a "in a row total" of 482...ish jumps!! My kids were cheering me on... It was GREAT!! Then, now really hold on here... I walked on my treadmill at 3-5 miles per hour for the entire Ohio State vs Penn State game on Sat night... 2 hours and 15 minutes!! How's that for CARDIO woman??? :D :) Sunday was nice, and I took my kids on a haunted hay ride at a local orchard. It was a lot of fun! I'll post my official weight later today.

THAT'S what I'm talkin' about! :hurray: I have my treadmill desk set up now too and I used it yesterday. Two miles MORE than I would have done without it! I'm actually on it now and can maintain a 3 mph pace WHILE typing! HA! :D

259 and I'm feeling..... fine. Wish it was more... I busted butt after being sick Tues and Wed!!! It's OK though... on to THIS week!!!! I'm going for 5 pounds this week!!!

Awesome weight loss Jz!!! I am blown away with how quickly you have lost 26 lbs!!! Now you are going to make that 5lb loss this week! You have the drive and you'll be giving 100%! Yes?!!!
