Hi Steve, just getting caught up with you. Hope the legs are better soon.
Yesterday I made up for the workout I missed on Friday due to the wedding. I actually like hitting the gym up on Saturdays right now.
The workout looked something like this, still sticking with light lifts...
Incline BB Press - 185x10, 5, 3 RP
Standing BB Overhead Press - 95x8, 4, 2 RP
Decline Skull Crushers - 50x15, 8, 5 RP
Close Grip Cable Pulldowns - 11x10, 5, 3 RP
Rack Pulls (love these) - 225x6, 185x12
All sets except the rack pulls are done with a very controlled, deliberate eccentric phase... something in the realm of 3-4 seconds.
I spent the day with my nephew. He is son of the couple who was married on Friday. We had a blast although it cut into my productivity. He's only 2 so it wore me out, lol.
Then I watched the Phillies lose, dammit. They did try to come back in the 9th but it was a no go.
Let's hope the Eagles can bring home a victory today.

Well... Go Phils. Fuck the Eagles. Nice interview... I am very interested.
I can't believe the Eagles blew that game. Started off so strong then nothing for the rest of the game. That's pitiful.
I'm excited as hell about the Phils man. Game 1 Thursday, right?

RE the football, at least you're not a Lions fan. 
It is painful to watch them. And Michigan totally blew it this weekend, too. At least Mich St. won. Thank God we have the Red Wings.
