They do calisthenics and a lot of speed training.

Haha.... thanks. I have quite the social life actually. I probably workout a lot less than many around here. I just do the right things.

he'd do a fine job i'm sure - but based on his other posts -he seems to be really carbaphobic -- can you live with that? i mean carbs are evil aren't they? :D

And yes. Science proves that carbs make you fat. It has nothing to do with energy (calories) or the like.

I'm not sure if this is weird or normal that I'm actually excited for a person I've never met...

I talk to you everyday so your excitement is understandable. I'm certainly going to relax this morning. There are 20 people coming over for lunch though, so that's pretty much when my relaxation will end until I'm sitting on a plane heading for Hawaii. :)

I just wanted to pop in and give my good wishes the day before!! I am excited for you. I have been married 10 yrs and it's great. I highly recomend it!!!:)
