NO2 + breakfast?

Hey i work out in the morning. My NO2 says to take it on an empty stomach for best results. I usually have a better workout if i snack on an energy bar before my morning workouts and then i usually have breakfast after.

think its ok to have a snack bar with the NO2 before my workout? or should i just use the NO2 by itself and eat all my breakfast after?
 
Depends on your workout. I assume that you're taking NO2 to bulk your lean mass and strength, so I also assume that your morning workout is lifting.

Lifting first thing in the morning before eating is never good. Fasted cardio is fine (in my oppinion, some would disagree.) but I wouldn't be lifting at that time of day at all.

If you must lift at that time of day, and still take NO2. I'd reccomend you have it with the energy bar.
 
yes lifting. im bulking and eating plenty of food during the day.

yeah no one got back to me this morning so i barely ate anything and altho i felt a bit of energy from the stimulants in the no2 drink, i felt weak during my sets, like a caffiene crash... BUT it was legs that i was working out and i feel that way whenever i do legs anyhow. thanks tho, gonna have the bars with it for now and see how it goes.
 
what scientific research has shown NO2 to help bulk lean mass, or increase strength?

name just 1 actual study.

I'm not actually condoning it, in fact I wouldn't use it at all. I just deducted that was what he was trying to achieve using NO2 :D

I understand. Its just that less knowledgable members will read that statement and accept it as 'what NO2 is used for'.

either way, I think my point was made :)
