Thanks, Steve. I notice he's included lunges in his basic program, which I don't do. However, he did say that they're somewhat redundant if you're doing squats, with the exception of really strengthening the hip flexors.
Is that why you didn't include them in my program.

1) could you read my journal entry for today about plateaus and see if that makes sense to you?
2) What about Olympic lifts? It seems like more than any other exercise, they get at all the muscle groups with one exercise. Is it that they take so much training on form?
