I wouldn't worry about it until you plateau. Once you do, a cyclical approach may be in order. High low carb days for instance, something of that nature.
What's the mechanism behind momentum, do you know?

Things are OK.
Weight is on the rise again finally. I had dropped down to 196, but I am at a steady 199 now in the morning. At night, I am 203-205.
I just did a walk/jog for an hour, the last half hour straight jog. But I can't go fast enough to get my heart rate up, so is it doing any good?
I'm one of those people who do cardio to the point of excluiding resistance training (unless I get a bit in at a fitness class) and I wonder if I'm really seeing to my fat decreasing.
