1 cup raw spinach
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup rice
dinner
4 oz liver and onions
1/2 cup succotash (lima beans and corn)
1/2 cups salad with 1 tbsp olive oil
Totals cals 1588 fat 50 carbs 200 protein 93
