Breakfast
skim milk
banana
1/2 sweet potato
1 tbsp peanut butter (weird breakfast I know!)

lunch
4 oz chicken breast
1 cup raw spinach
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup rice

dinner
4 oz liver and onions
1/2 cup succotash (lima beans and corn)
1/2 cups salad with 1 tbsp olive oil

Totals cals 1588 fat 50 carbs 200 protein 93

am snack
1/2 banana
glass skim milk

lunch
2 oz shrimp
2oz of the most awful whiting fillet EVER!
1/2 cup cole slaw
1/2 can beets

pm snack
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/8 cup mixed berries

dinner
hamburger
tossed salad with 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 can beets

pm snack
apple
cup skim milk.. mmmmm in a frozen glass!!

stats for the day (increased cause my friends said I need more!)

Totals cals 1679 fat 71 carbs 146 protein 122

Keep drinkin the waterrrr!!! You don't want to be dehydrated!!!!! Well, your pants will get loser eventually. You should be proud of how far you have come!

I completely agree. I didn't notice much of a change until i'd dropped about 15lbs. Gotta keep that water up. Your body cannot function properly when it's dehydrated. And there's no excuse for it--just keep a water bottle handy and drink it.
 
Hey Gang, its Monday

My meals for today so far:

breakfast:
1/2 cup yugurt
1/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

lunch:
can tuna with 1/2 avocado and onions
1/2 tbsp olive oil

got all my water in today and still thirsty so im drinking more... im leaving 8 giant cups on the counter every day,a nd it sure helps!

funny how when im hydrating, I actually FEEL thirsty!!!

when im dehydrated, i mistake hunger for thist as they FEEL the same...weird!!
 
I'm always thirsty. And water is my favorite beverage. Because some beverages don't taste good with certain meals...but water doesn't ruin the taste of anything.

4 oz tuna steak (my first time grilling fresh tuna!)
salad with lettice, green pepper, and 1/2 tbsp olive oil
medium baked potato

snack:

1361 cals 57 fat 138 carbs 85 protein
 
Holy crap, Jillzy. Anyone who says you can't eat healthy on a 'diet' has NOT read your journal entries. I salivate just reading your food plan.

You know what, I haven't had grilled tuna in a really, really long time, and imo, it's the only REAL way to eat it. Though it's good from the can, it's ten times as tasty grilled.

Not only do you get grilled tuna in in a day, you also get peanut butter and blueberries. I have GOT to come to your house for a day. Lol.

Hey, congrats on being SO DARN CLOSE to 200!!! :hurray: I can imagine your excitement! Thirteen pounds really is a significant amount for being minimal in the grand scheme of massive weight loss. I'm so uberly proud of you, Jillzy!!!
