yesterdays food....and exercise
breakfast:
cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries
lunch
2 tilapia fillets baked in the oven with garlic powder and black pepper
grilled zuccini squash
1/2 avocado
1/2 tbs olive oil (mixed in with the veggies)
snack
cup skim milk
banana
dinner
all three (4 oz when they were raw) steaks I made for my family (GAWD)...
they were so yummy tho!!
cup broccoli
tossed salad without dressing
pm snack
cup skim milk
orange
total for today, not HORRIBLE, considering all the beef...
cats 1910 fat 109 carbs 95 protein 139
(cals and protein are over what I am striving for...but, im OKAY, really!! I dont PLAN on eating for three ever again....HOPEFULLY!!)
can you believe I didnt get my recommended IRON after all that beef?
man, oh man...
(wow, babies were so fussy, and now they JUST fell asleep!! good for the rest of my typing, BAD for naptime!!) haha!
I did exercise my 20 minutes yesterday and today in the mornings, and I also have to count the trudging thru snow with the stroller with a baby on my back for 1/2 mile to this library!!!

pss. I forgot to add that I did go out last night after my crying spell and buy myself some vitamin d and iron tablets to supplement what Im obviously missing in my, what I thought was....healthy diet!!
psss. does crying burn calories? I cried a lot last night!!!
