Great job on the food! Such healthy stuff you're eating. The olive oil is so healthy and considering your low calories, you can afford to have some. Vinegar tastes nice on salad, as does some avocado. Enjoy dinner with the kids :).

Guess what? My computer at home CRASHED!!!!

I am at the library right now, I'm keeping with my plan, even though im stressed about not being with you guys more for your support.

also, my kids couldnt make it last night for dinner... I cried so much last night, threw a lot of ice cubes, and Im MUCH BETTER today!

Best thing of ALL, I did well with my eating plan even thoughj I was STRESSED, GO ME!!

I know its cause I know you all are out there doing this, too, and we are doing this TOGETHER... the comoradirie is keeping me going for sure....but I miss you all sooooooooooooo much!!

I have a baby in the backpack as I type this, and one in the stroller!! We trudged thru the snow to get here!!!

babies are already getting fussy, I dont know if ill be able to plug in my foods... UGH

Im hoping they let me finish this!! Going to run to fitday then, ill be back.. xoxox
 
yesterdays food....and exercise

breakfast:
cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup blueberries

lunch
2 tilapia fillets baked in the oven with garlic powder and black pepper
grilled zuccini squash
1/2 avocado
1/2 tbs olive oil (mixed in with the veggies)

snack
cup skim milk
banana

dinner
all three (4 oz when they were raw) steaks I made for my family (GAWD)... they were so yummy tho!!
cup broccoli
tossed salad without dressing

pm snack
cup skim milk
orange

total for today, not HORRIBLE, considering all the beef...

cats 1910 fat 109 carbs 95 protein 139

(cals and protein are over what I am striving for...but, im OKAY, really!! I dont PLAN on eating for three ever again....HOPEFULLY!!)

can you believe I didnt get my recommended IRON after all that beef?

man, oh man...

(wow, babies were so fussy, and now they JUST fell asleep!! good for the rest of my typing, BAD for naptime!!) haha!

I did exercise my 20 minutes yesterday and today in the mornings, and I also have to count the trudging thru snow with the stroller with a baby on my back for 1/2 mile to this library!!! :blush5:

todays breakfast

cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup blueberries
medium orange

ill keep keeping track of everything and plug it all in next time I'm around....

pss. I forgot to add that I did go out last night after my crying spell and buy myself some vitamin d and iron tablets to supplement what Im obviously missing in my, what I thought was....healthy diet!! :reddevil:

Once again, though, you are sticking to your eating and exercise despite life throwing you curve balls. That is something of which to be very proud!!!!

But I ate great today and exercised, and my body is SORE....

snack

1/2 banana
1/2 glass milk

lunch

grilled chicken on the forum grill...mmmm
1/2 cup peas

dinner

steak
spinach salad with a cup of corn

snack:

veggies pizza with tomato, artichoke, and spinach
3 glasses of red wine

I'm back from my holiday now and wanted to say well done for losing your first half stone. That's a brilliant start! I'm a little disconcerted that judging by your new picture, the effort seems to have turned you into a man - or at least given you a serious facial hair problem! Keep up the good work.

Red wine may not be in your plan, but it's very good for you. Take that to heart...literally. lol.

You know what, you've made me want to break out my George Foreman. Wow, I haven't cooked with that niffty little grill in YEARS. Peas and chicken sound REALLY tasty today. I wish I was so creative in my food choices. I'm always eating the same thing...oatmeal, cereal or Jelly on toast.

I hope your Monday is going well!! Keep us updated, sweets!!
 
Hi Gang!

sorry I havent been on lately, just finally got to the library today...

I love you all, and thanks for not giving up on me! My sons friend is looking at my computer.. I miss you all soooooooooooo much.

Im on a timer here at the library...UGH...

Im doing pretty good, gonna log my foods, then run to fitday and if I have time, ill be back. Hope you are all healthy and happy!!!

Saturday I woke up with a HANGOVER from the wine, UGH

Breakfast:
1/2 cup 2% milk
orange
egg scrambled with spinach

lunch
4oz ground beef cooked
small baked potato w/1 tbsp I cant believe its not butter (oh that was good, but im sure its BAD!)
1 1/2 cups salad

snack: 1/2 cup almonds

dinner:
5 bowls of cabbage soup!
my recipe: cabbage, celery, stewed tomatoes, onions... very healthy! little bit of cooked ground beef in there for flavor

snack
2 glasses of skim milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 slices swiss cheese
(thats looking like a binge to me...)

Sunday

breakfast
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup prune juice
1 egg

lunch:

2 1.2 cups cabbage soup

snack
1/2 cup almonds
cup cabbage soup

dinner
baked chicken
1 cup corn
1 sliced green pepper

snack
2 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup almonds

today

breakfast
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
orange
1 tbsp peanut butter

lunch
2 oz shrimp
cup lettuce topped with snap peas and regular peas

snack
glass skim milk
large apple

ok, running to fitday, love you all!!!

and ps. ya the foreman grill is the BOMB!!! I think I spelled it FORUM grill in my wine tipsyness!!!
