Hiya friends!
at the library now, I dont have a ton of time here, I played for my frist 33 minutes, only 27 left! eek
Im achy and yucky for sure, but very dehydrated as well.. so this am, I pre-filled 8 big glasses of water and left them on the counter, i need me fluids!!
yesterday, I didnt eat much
breakfast
apple
lunch
6oz tuna
1 1/2 cups lettuce
1/2 onion
dinner
banana
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
snack
1 tbsp peanut butter
totals Totals cals 646 fat 11 carbs 76 protein 64
feeling REALLY weak today, hoping the water helps, i know im very dehydrated then my urine is super dark (sorry if thats too much info)
breakfast today:
1 tangerine
cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup oatmeal
sauteed liver and onions....mmmmmmmmmmm yummy!!!

Ive enjoyed most everything, EXCEPT the prune juice and the whiting filet I had the other day... SOGGY.... it must have been Thursday, i forgot to bring my meal plan/what I ate paper, will have to update thursday inthe future or at least on fitday
didnt exercise yesterday, too yucky, I tried, I did.... managed to stay up to care for my little ones then right to bed when they left
feeling a bit better today but like i said, VERY dehydrated....
cleaned the entire house for an hour, gonna count that as my exercise for today,a s well as walking here and back (Library)
promise to get my fluids in... I think its vital
My therapist hopes I can stick with this, he said this, which i found interesting:
"proper nutrition and balance in your eating with help you balance your whole life!"
WOW!
he wants me to stay away from sugar and flour, which I have done.... except a few weeks ago, when I had a couple slices of thin crust veggie pizza with a friend...
he also said I could be feeling like crap cause my body is detoxing out all the crap ive been eating in my past....
so more important to drink and flush it out.
