Hey, you're caloric intake isn't bad! Your plan would totally work for me!

Checking your nutrion standing is a good idea. Your body will certianly thank you for checking up on it every once and a while!

1/4 cup almonds (low cal day today....)

I got my 20 minutes exercise in today, plus walking ot and from the library, chasing babies and cleaning up their messes!

thinkin im getting sickish.... feeling a little achy, UGH....

I'm with Blancita Jillzy, you need to come cook up these delightful sounding low cal meals for us!!! LOL..

What I like about your food plan, is your ability to shake it up. For me, I seem to stick to the same thing everyday. Don't get me wrong, it's not boring because I enjoy eating it and it tastes rather good, it simply gets repeative after too long a while. This tuna with onion meals sounds quite delicious. Haha.

at the library now, I dont have a ton of time here, I played for my frist 33 minutes, only 27 left! eek

Im achy and yucky for sure, but very dehydrated as well.. so this am, I pre-filled 8 big glasses of water and left them on the counter, i need me fluids!!

yesterday, I didnt eat much

feeling REALLY weak today, hoping the water helps, i know im very dehydrated then my urine is super dark (sorry if thats too much info)

Ive enjoyed most everything, EXCEPT the prune juice and the whiting filet I had the other day... SOGGY.... it must have been Thursday, i forgot to bring my meal plan/what I ate paper, will have to update thursday inthe future or at least on fitday

didnt exercise yesterday, too yucky, I tried, I did.... managed to stay up to care for my little ones then right to bed when they left

feeling a bit better today but like i said, VERY dehydrated....

cleaned the entire house for an hour, gonna count that as my exercise for today,a s well as walking here and back (Library)

promise to get my fluids in... I think its vital

My therapist hopes I can stick with this, he said this, which i found interesting:

"proper nutrition and balance in your eating with help you balance your whole life!"

WOW!

he wants me to stay away from sugar and flour, which I have done.... except a few weeks ago, when I had a couple slices of thin crust veggie pizza with a friend...

he also said I could be feeling like crap cause my body is detoxing out all the crap ive been eating in my past....

so more important to drink and flush it out.

Liver and onions?? yucky. lol. Its good that you like it though! I've been really tired lately too. I haven't been paying attention to my water... but I know I need more. I hope today keeps going well for you.

What your therapist said is completely true. Good Nutrition can only help everything else.
 
Hi all, me checking in!

i only brought todays menu, oopsie!!

This weekend my daughter came over, i havent seen her in almost two months, I was so happy!! we got chinese, I ordered "Happy Family" which is meats and veggies, but I should have said, HOLD THE SAUCE cause the sauce did not affect me well...

also I went out saturday night for the third time with a friend that I begged to support me, we went bowling and she ordered a PITCHER of beer and glass for me.. I REALLY need to learn to stand up for myself, I drank three glasses!!! I got so sleepy, I coudlnt even finish my game, I was so mad at myself....

I really want to be able to stand up for myself and the only way im gonna do that is to STAND UP FOR MYSELF!!

doing some role playing with my brother, who also had the very good idea of me bringing my own beverages wherever I go, so I have a PLAN.

sunday was a day or rest for sure while i attended to my swollen body from the beer and probably the msg in the chinese food....

I will not quit on myself, I will not quit on myself....

Ive been doing alot of walking.... and taking care of me....

had a good food day today:

1 scrambled egg with onion
1/4 cup rice

liver and onions... mmmmmmmmm for me!

I agree with Brandy--you have to eat more than that--like double your calories. Here's why:

1. Your body will go into starvation mode with that few calories, and will slow your metabolism down to make up for it, causing your weightloss to slow down.

2. YOu cannot possibly get all the nutrients your body needs to function properly on so few calories.

3. Only anorexics can stick to such a radical plan for any length of time. You will make yourself more prone to binges that will make you feel bad, and will only hurt your self-image.

So eat more. You should be burning well over 2,000 calories per day, so up your calories to 1500-1700 a day. I guarantee you will still lose weight by doing this. And, you won't slow down your metabolism. But eating under 700 calories a day is absolute madness--and extremely unhealthy.
