I am totally psyched! I feel really great (although maybe I won't so much here soon as I am lowering my carb intake a bit, lol). The site is great support -- props to all of you ;)

SO glad for you! Great work, you're really dedicated and careful (must not party, huh? ;) ) You're blessed with that waist of yours--most of us here would love to have that kind of shape!! :) Nice arms, too! I am sort of thick waisted (well, a little) and at 141, my waist is 28"--the same as it was for when I was 146. Fat likes to accumulate on my stomach and on my love handles, which is annoying. Sigh, but I love my body. Anyway, by the time you're at your goal you should be having a 24" waist or something! :D Great work!!!

How do you make your protein pancakes?? pumpkin to be exact?? Sounds yummy!!
 
Pumpkin Pancakes
2/3c wheat pancake mix
1 egg
1 egg white
1.5 scps vanilla whey powder
2/3c skim milk
1c canned pumpkin
1tsp vanilla extract
nutmeg and cinnamon to taste

mix :) check the consistency, i usually end up adding a little water to get it just right. i serve with sugar free syrup. The macros I have in my diary are for half the batch, enjoy! :)

Ok, realize I haven't posted out here for awhile... I am still doing well and don't think I'll have any trouble reaching my goal. I am, however, starting the process of divorce, so I will probably not be around as much here except to check in once and a while.
