Last night my mom and I decided to go exercise for an hour and a half at our old High School. However, when we got there my mother had cramps and so we ended up walking the whole time. After an hour I was tired but I didn't really feel any burn so I ran for the next 30 minutes.



It was so nice! It was about 8PM, the sun was going down, and it was just the right temperature.



I woke up this morning and my ankles were hurting really bad. I won't exercise so long next time.

I can't seem to find the urge to exercise anymore. When I come home from college I'm friggin' exhausted, and because of that I tend to eat more as well. I wish I had some people in my life who are in the same situation as I so we can motivate each other. Right now I'm not really feeling that motivation.



I'll try to exercise today but I'm heading off to a mother's day party in an hour or two. Dammit... the calories are going to bite me in the ass later.

May and June were extremely harsh, but I MADE IT! Finals are over and College is out for the summer. My hectic schedule (8AM class, 12PM class, 3PM class) every day is over, and I created a new and better schedule for Summer Quarter. I have a week off, a schedule with only one class a day, so I'm trying to get myself back into the weight loss routine. I hope it works!



I also weighed myself after a whole month of not doing anything, and holy cow. I'm up to 203 pounds again. I really got carried, didn't I?



But that's ok! I had it coming, I expected it, and all I have to do now is focus my energy on making up for it. Wish me luck, everyone!

It's the last day of the 2011-2012 high school year for my brothers. I just graduated high school last year, so knowing that I'm a grown up now is a bit...unusual. I hear the honking of the bus drivers as they leave the school, and it all brings back so much nostalgia. I'm happy that I'm grown, but I hate being reminded of my grade school years (especially since my high school is practically across the street).



My mom's work was also celebrating July 4th a little early today, so I did some MAJOR damage to my diet plans with all the party food. I resisted though, so I hope I haven't completed ruined my day's calories.



I weighed myself today and I'm at 198. I don't understand my weight fluctuations anymore. =/

Perhaps my genius idea for compressing all my classes into one tight schedule wasn't so smart after all. Sure, I only go to school 3 days out of 7 days, but the homework in all these classes are kicking my butt! I've spent 2-3 hours on homework every night so far, and it's FINALLY Thursday (my last day of school for this week). Thank goodness, because I don't think I could take another book-loaded day.



Good news? My diet isn't suffering. My exercise habits (or lack, thereof) need some work, but I don't see how I can considering I go home the three days mentally exhausted. I'm thinking of exercising 4 out of the 7 days in a week (the days without college classes) so I can make up for the rest of the days. I guess we'll just start tomorrow and see what happens!



Oh, and I guess Tuesdays are my weigh days now. That should (hopefully) brighten my college week!

Fried, unfortunately. Yes, I'm a carb addict, but I'm managing to lose weight. Do carbs really affect your weight-loss that much? Maybe I'll try going a few days low on carbs.
