Sounds like you are doing great with your intake food...You have done super with your weight loss...this is the first time i visited your diary. Whats your strategy! You are doing a great job...keep it up!!
 
Way to stack up the compliments at work! I just love it when people start to notice it and say good things. It really helps keep you motivated, doesn't it? Keep up the great work, you are doing amazing!

Hey girls! Thanks for the comments! Hey Sara, my strategy is simply smart eating and exercise. The hard way is the only way. There are no such thing as quick fixes though. Please let me know if you need any advice or suggestions, I love helping people who are new to this.

So I worked today and then went to my friend's party at a piano bar and now I'm home getting ready to watch Hamlet and then going to sleep so I can get up and go to yoga before work tomorrow. :)

Yuck, look at all of those calories on drinks and I didn't even get buzzed or kiss the cute piano player. What a waste.

Ohhh, I woke up early and went to yoga this morning, but after about 25 minutes my ankle hurt so bad I had to leave. For those of you who have been around here as long as I have, you might remember when I first started dieting last year and saw an ankle doctor because of my ankle pain and he told me I was too fat and to lose weight and it would feel better. Well, I lost 70 pounds and it still hurts. Thanks, Doc.

Then I worked 2-10. I hate being stuck inside on gorgeous days like today. I'm working 11:30-8 tomorrow. It totally sucks to waste my days like that. Someday I'll have a normal job, with weekends off.

I'm getting apprehensive about my trip home to Fort Lauderdale next weekend.

Oh no! I was also not a good eater today...it started out okay...

I'm back at 169! I knew I would be after TOM. I'm very glad about that.

Didn't wake up to go to the gym this morning. Oh well. Lately so many people have been commenting on how thin I look and I'm like "no no! I still need to lose 20 or 30 pounds!" Someone told me I have a nice chest/neck area. :)

Woohoo girl.. you are kickin some bootay!! Congrats on balancing back out that # on the scale..Good for you! :)

As for the ankle, how is that feeling today?? Hope it improves! I'd see another doc just to get another opinion, obviously its not your weight!!
 
Thanks New Leaf. I haven't done any exercise that's hurt my ankle since yoga on Saturday. It's very weird, it acts up sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I do have to see another doctor sometime, but it's one of those things I keep putting off.

still looking really good with the food there...

i actually went on a search around York's supermarkets to try and find the products you mentioned...was it gold star or something, i forget now anyway... the veggie bacon and such like?

well, turns out York does not cater so much for stuff like that lol.

am still on the lookout for new things to try though, as then it will hopefully keep me off the pizza etc!
