I cleaned out my closet today and it looks SO good. I bought nice wood hangers for all of my favorite shirts, and these pretty black lingerie hangers for my dresses and tank tops, and I got one of those hanging shelf shoe organizers. I cleaned out all of the clothes I'll NEVER wear again (fat clothes, too big bras, old tshirts) to bring to Goodwill, and I bought a couple of new tops to wear and a nice pair of black capris. It was a nice thing to do for myself. I also got new bedsheets, but they don't fit my bed! I already washed them though. I hope they'll let me bring them back!


Hi Fuunkymonk. I love the sound of your closet being cleaned. You even got new hangers! I love that. Something I need to do really bad here too. Isn't it nice to say goodbye to some fat clothes? I can't wait to get rid of a bunch of stuff too.

I bet it is really nice having new clothes on top of saying goodbye to the tired clothes! Go girl, reward yourself! :D

I went to a spinning class today! It was really hard but really good! I was sweating like a pig and I could feel the fat on my butt bouncing around, but it was a really good do-able workout. I'm going to go again!

Now I have class. Tonight I'm going out to my favorite Japanese Hibachi place to eat with some girls from work. I'm excited about that. I've been eating light today so I have room for dinner, but when I'm there I just get tofu and veggies and rice and some noodles, so it really isn't bad, but its A LOT of food, and I like to eat it.

1 Slice Wheat Toast with peanut butter, 1/2 banana, and a drizzle of honey (250)
Light Fat Free Yogurt (100)

Lunch:
Babaganoush on 1/4 pita with tabouleh (200)

Im so happy to know someone who's gone to a spin class! I've been so intimidated by them, everytime I walk by the spin room, with its thumping music and harbodies all going crazy, I think to myself, could I hang with them? I've been too afraid to be a fat blubbering mess in there and not being able to keep up.

What did you think about the intensity level? Was it too much? What hurt the most after the class, or did anything hurt?

Sounds like you are doing it girl! Keep it up. I checked out your pics on here, you are a pretty lady!:D
 
Thanks again, MissJellyBelly. Try the spin class out! Honestly, no one should be intimidated by the gym. No matter how many good looking hardbodied people are out there, everyone has the same goal and that is to get healthy. Rather than view yourself as different for them think about what you have in common with them. I'm going to spinning again after class today!

I kept myself busy these last two days off, but today it's back to work. Sigh. I did manage to get some new pictures up, since I got my hair cut and colored yesterday. I had to document it.

Worked today, then went to class, then caught the last 15 minutes of spinning. I wish I had a more regular schedule so I could plan going to the group exercise classes better.

I hear you about the fact that I "shouldn't" be intimidated by the hard bodies, but I just cant help it when they all stare at me. Everytime I walk by that room they are all looking at me, I guess since it has windows for walls they can't help themselves. lol

You know, I think I will give it a shot, thanks for the words of encouragement. As soon as my knee is feeling better, I'm going to do it!

Isn't my cat the cutest most beautiful boy ever? He's my baby. I'm such a crazy old cat lady, and I'm only 22.

So yesterday was a looooooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg day. I went to work at 8:30 in the morning, and I ate some cereal when I got there, and then all hell broke loose and there was this big problem because this stupid store in Alabama decided it would be okay to sell tickets for Brad Paisley and Tim Mcgraw while their computer was broken instead of telling the people in their store to go somewhere else! It caused a big system crash and lots of angry customers, and it took me almost four hours to fix. I didn't get to eat lunch and then right when I was done fixing the problem I had to drive to my boss' house so we could go do Will call pickup and the guest list for the Taste of Chaos tour. On the way there I got a flat tire and almost choked to death on the apple I was inhaling because I was SO hungry! So then we changed my tire, and then we did the tickets for the show. I asked my friend from work doing the show with me to get me something to eat and she brought back a big bad of chips. I was so hungry that I ate them. Then around 7 my boss said we could leave, but the other girl didn't want to, so we stayed until almost 10, then my boss invited us over to her house for pizza. UGH. It was the best pizza ever, but I ate 3 pieces, because I was SO hungry. I didn't get home until almost midnight, and then I passed out into bed.

Talk about a long day. Today I'm going to try to take it easy.
 
I got two compliments today! I was getting off of the elevator at work and this guy who works in another department was getting on and he was like "you lost a TON of weight!" and I was like "yes, I sure did." And he was like "you look so good." And then I got back to my desk and my friend Jeff from high school imed me and he was like "holy shit, I was just looking at the pictures you put up on myspace and you look great! Whatever it is you're doing, keep it up!"

It was very exciting for me. It made me feel so good. :)

I worked 11-10 today. Loooong day, but not that bad.
