Whoaaaaaaaa!!!!!!! Cant believe it is the middle of June already, and the weather here this week has been cold, sunny but cold, and then there was this massive grey cloud that came over yesterday but there we go lol.

Thought I would ramble on about the weather for a bit, I beleive thats what we are supposed to do from time to time haha.

Yep i ate the exact same as yesterday, so it made things a little easier.

Workout:

10 minute warmup lightly moving around my room, a little streching, jumping, dancing haha etc

2 sets of the following:

21 shoulder presses
26 concentration curls
29 bicycle
29 crunches with dumbbell pullover
29 leg squats with a heaviest object held out in front.
29 lunges

I had about another 400 calories after dinner, so the total is about 1928.83, but im not gonna let this effect my outcome.

1 set of the following, i know this is a bit weak, but thats all i could manage:

27 push ups (I had to do these like 22, few seconds rest, then another 5)
27 rows
27 shoulder shrugs
27 dips
27 side- loaded squats
27 diagonal crunches

So I have managed to count all my calorie intake for the last 5 days, which is really good!!!!!!!!! I only went a little over board on one of the days (thursday)
