I kinda had a little flip out last night, and had a peice of white bread with pb and a thin pb snadwich with thin bread, so i either ate at maintenance or possibly a little over

Heya sorry i havent updated this since Tuesday, updates coming later.

I cycled 18 miles this morning, about half of that was with a triathlon club based around Hadleigh in Suffolk

Congrats on joining the triathlon club. Do you have a tri/time trial bike or a road bike? Did the others have road or t/tt bikes?

I think they all had road bikes. They had some pretty kool gear though, like a drinks holder built into the handle bars with a big straw sticking out lol.

I have a hybrid road/mountain bike

31 lunges
27 bicycle
27 crunches with dumbbell pullover
24 concentration curls
19 shoulder presses
27 leg squats with a heaviest object held out in front.


I brought a new cycle helmet today for my triathlon - they said i needed to get one something about insurance lol. Its nice and blue. :)

When is your triathlon and what are the swim, bike and run distances? Those bikes sound like triathlon/time trial bikes.

And you should be wearing a helmet all the time anyways.

Here is a pic of my bike. I have a water bottle in the front (not pictured).

WOW - nice bike!!! I will get you a picture of mine :)

I'm not doing the triathlon this year as their races are like in about 4 weeks so ive come in at the worst time to compete lol. So i don't yet know what distances they do.

Sunday 30th May 2010!!!

Calories about - 2002

I tried to run today but couldn't - my legs felt tired, ive really been working them hard lately, they are defianty getting better and firmer - which is what i wanted

Over the past month i have really stepped up my cardio, i feel fitter for it too. Just need to get a tighter grip on my diet.

Oh yeah before I forget I'm going to Barcelona for a week visiting friends, My flight out there is this wednesday the 2nd June. So you wont hear from me for a week ok.

yeah my clothes are fitting a little better, i still need to get my diet tighter, it hasn't really made much difference on the area i want more defined - my stomach. I will get there.

I'm off to Barcelona tomorrow - whoaaaaaaaaa lol this is crazy haha.

I will probably post again tomorrow morning before I leave ok.

Hey there, today has not been a good day diet wise, as i've eaten quite a lot, i really need to build my will power back up, i've done it before and will do it again.
