I really hope I am back for good! I don't want to make any promises in case it all goes to pot and I run away with my tail in between my legs again.... I do promise that I want to stay a part of it all tho
0.5lb is nothing to fret about! For me, I''ve seen gains recently in the double digits almost these last few months. However, it only fuels me in the end since I know it's bs - mostly water weight. I'm sure you'll make up for any gain you had, and then some, next time!
Please don't be discouraged in the slightest! It's all a process, and nothing is stable or concrete when it comes to losing weight. Some weeks/months are harder and more obnoxious than others, but as long as you keep going.. you're going to be just fine! I swear
