Had a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge amount of writing ready to post and my screen went blank:(:( I am so very sad and mad right now. I just wanna SCREAAAAAAAM.




Anyway thanks so much guys for the kind supportive messages, the last 3 days i have been horsing food in to me. I swear, if i dont eat from now to next week i will still be full.


Main thing is, TOMORROW I AM GOING TO HAVE A GOOD DAY, GOOD WEEK, GOOD MONTH.


I can never give up:)

My second day of eating good after my 4 days of eating like a heffer. I have the worst cravings for chocolate EVER!!! Also i am feeling kinda down, i dont know why, i think its because i feel like such a fat lump!! Hope everyone is doing good:) xoxoxox

I find if I go cold turkey on chocolate for a week, the cravings go. Its really tough because a) i love chocolate and b) I get REALLY strong cravings - particularly at certain times of the month. The other thing that really helped was taking womens vitamens - I think its the potassium or something that makes me crave certain things at certain points of my cycle - this also makes chocolate less of a "MUST HAVE".
 
Hi guys, well my failure to write in my diary yesterday was due to me having a horrible day at work yest, and indulging in chinese take away, with 9 choc digestive biscuits and tea for dessert. I know, bold me. But anyways, today has been much better. I have consumed only 711 cals, but its too late to eat more, plus i see it as mang up for yesterday anyway.



My next goal is when i am out of the 16's and into the 15's i can buy myself a treat:)

Hey Irish,

Just stopping by to say hello...I've seen you post on several of my friends on here, so I figured I'd drop in on your diary too! I didn't read all of your diary (there is alot of it!), but from what I see, you might want to consider listening to a podcast at fat2fitradio.com. It's done by 2 guys who have lost weight in a very healthy way, without really being on a "diet" and are managing to keep it off, and do some really good easy to understand education about health and weightloss at the same time. I find it really helpful and motivational to listen to while I'm working out. Listen to the old ones first...they are very educational and some from emails and questions from their listeners, so they are not fake or stuffy...just 2 normal guys who have struggled to lose weight all their lives, and now are both at a healthy weight. (The early ones chronicle the weight loss of one of the guys while he's on his journey...so you hear the good, bad and ugly, and they keep it real!). Their whole philosophy is to "eat like the thinner person you want to be"...do it now and eventually, you will become that thinner person! The weight won't come off fast, but it will come off! You might want to give them a listen...take what you need and leave the rest!

I wish you good choices Irish...it's not about luck...it's about Choices! Good choices in food, exercise and motivation...with those 3 in combination, you will succeed!

AHey Irish, yes, you can download and subscribe to the fat2fitradio.com podcast in iTunes. The first 20 podcasts are really good, but you have to buy them...I think for 20 USD and I will say they are are worth it. You can get the message from the other 100+ podcasts though. I' m still listening to about 1 a day when I'm on the elliptical or treadmill or walking outside and find them very motivational and inspirational.
