Weigh in day today and i now weigh 224.5 pounds! Lost 2.5 pounds this week, which im delighted about since i had one of the worst periods ever!!

Hope i can lose a bigger number next week.

I think I need to get myself back on the monthly challenge. It actually helps lol. Sucks though because I don't have easy access to a scale anymore :(.

Ate good again today, so happy because i managed to eat good while i was in friends company...YEEEESSSSS.

It `s great that you where able to eat great even with friends.....cause you can`t stop living your life when you loose weight, and being social is a part of it!!

0.5lb is nothing to fret about! For me, I''ve seen gains recently in the double digits almost these last few months. However, it only fuels me in the end since I know it's bs - mostly water weight. I'm sure you'll make up for any gain you had, and then some, next time!


Please don't be discouraged in the slightest! It's all a process, and nothing is stable or concrete when it comes to losing weight. Some weeks/months are harder and more obnoxious than others, but as long as you keep going.. you're going to be just fine! I swear :)


Reading your diary posts always lifts my spirits, so keep us updated with your successes! :)
 
ABah! You'll def. lose tons next time. Don't worry about a small gain like that! You're always trying, and I find that inspiring.
