Maybe you could look for a running group. We have tons of them here and they are out rain, snow, shine... doesn't matter. Could brake it up for you a bit. And once you start the weight training in Jan. that'll change it up for you too!!

I can just tell I have been eating crap lately... the double chin is starting to show and I'm not liking it! Tomorrow morning I'm going to do my 1 mile run / 5 intervals / 1 mile run / 5 intervals / 1 mile run routine and that will make me feel a lot better! Plus I'm going to work really hard to get all that water down! I have GOT to cut it out with all these sweets before I give up completely. Christmas is over - there is no excuse now! I will NOT sell myself short... I have goals to make for myself... I'm not going to let this get in my way! I MUST push through it and find my focus again.
I also need to remind myself it is now behind me and I want to feel great again. Even just after my work out yesterday I felt a lot better but then I muched out so we just have to get to the gym and say no to the junk and we will get there! It's so tough though eh getting those cravings out of your system - like I just feel so hungry lately and I know I'm not or shouldn't be - my stomach has just expanded so much in the last week - gross.
