Never did my floor exercises yesterday... had time, just didn't do 'em! I never even stretched yesterday so my legs were hurting a little this morning. I ran 5K but took the pace down to 6.0 mph and then cooled down a few minutes. I did my floor exercises today and have added some more crunches to my abs routine. For breakfast I had oatmeal, and egg w/ cheese, and a cup of skim milk. Now I have to do laundry, get ready for class, pack everything, return textbooks, study, and take my last exam! All by 1 PM! EEK I better get a move on.....

Hhaha I had a mini cupcake, a few hershey kisses, and this cookie bar thing. But the thing is I stayed within my daily calories and stuck to water all day, ate good other than that so I didn't feel SOO bad. As long as the chocolate and stuff is kept to a minimum, and not an every day thing... I guess it's fine! Props to you for resisting that chocolate! I'm not sure I would have had the strength to do it
