I actually read all the way thru the old threadyou know, the one with Mr Congeniality
and now this one... i don't know whether to laugh or cry!
lol... i guess i do!![]()
See thread where he called me out... he discredited all of this. Not with facts of course... just with meaningless jibber jabber.
He needs to have a stiff dose of reality slapped in his face. This cannot be done in this setting.
If you think I am wrong, prove it.
therein lies very obvious problems which are, in comparison to the primal urge to eat problem, very easy to fix.
jibber jabber.
Pittied = full of pits
pitied = to feel compassion for; to have sympathy with
I love being hypocritical and making fun of people's spelling
That's where I disagree with you.
These psychological 'problems' are not easy to fix when compared to fending off the primal urges to eat.
I also believe you can't segregate the two entirely as separate factors. There's a lot of intermingling between the two.
If someone was brought up for years with terrible habits... changing these habits is a lot harder than finding ways to fake out your biological/physiological system. The mind is a complex beast.
Steve, I was talking more about the obvious issues being semi easy to fix. Like people who come on here talking about how they drink soda only and eat fast food only and they literally do no exercise at all. Obviously just changing these habits a bit will take some pounds off. But when you KNOW what's bad and you're making a consicous effort to eat and drink reasonably and sensibly yet you still can't fight your way out of the paper bag, well that's going to PRIMAL rather than UNEDUCATED and purely lazy (i.e. too lazy to get off your ass for a walk or something easy and obvious is a problem with laziness or fitness rather than because of some primal urge to be totally unreasonably lazy). I'm probably still not making my point clear but I tried.
Give me an example of a primal urge and what you think it's caused by.
