Hi,
i used to be really skinny and started working out about 7 months ago and i've put on alot of mucle wieght but for some reason my on my left side oblique i can still kinda see my ribs
...where as my right side is solid. and it seems like everything i try like "left sided planks" ect. to foucus on it but it seems to work against my progress!
any advice or workout rutines would be appreciated.
