I don't know where to start

Congratulations! Nothing like shopping for "new" stuff in your own wardrobe. I threw my "goal dress" away last summer (I realized my upper arms are not going to lose enough muscle to fit in there as long as I still have the legs to wear it :p ) But... I might decide to try my old jeans again soon :)

Me too Maria. I only ever rad the diaries and have a look at new people joining. If they haven't had any replies to their first post I usually say hello

You will be so ready for March! ;)

I'm working on gettin' into clothes from just a year and a half ago.. *sigh* When I was in the 170's..
I decided I needed to get comfy where I was at instead of always waiting for "Goal." Now that I'm in the 190's, I wonder if I will ever wear them again? Are we ever happy where we are at? LOL :p

Smilies back and more added:party:But I can't edit. It's probably my fault but when I click edit, the main menue comes up

I can't edit either. Gotta say I'm not too crazy about the idea of only being able to edit posts for 15 minutes. It makes sense, for spamming reasons, but there are a lot of times I vent on here and then decide later..."yeah, I probably shouldn't of put that on there". So I will definitely be watching what I say a little better. haha!

Polly I somehow missed your post about getting back into your slimmer clothes. That is excellent!
Hopefully the edit function will be fixed- allcdnboy is pretty efficient.
Hope the weather is a little kinder today xo Cate
PS Just tested to see if I can edit & I can :)

Relieved it's not just me. Off to the leisure pool this morning for more physical jerks. One of the ladies (much younger than me) JOGS to the pool. Does she need the beginners class I ask myself

Maybe jogging is so exhausting that begnners is all she has energy left for :) Or maybe she just knows you´re having more fun than the other group ;)

Well, I'm certainly happy in this new one Maria. I think you hit the nail on the head. It is a small group and I joined late but was made to feel very welcome

We are fog bound. Couldn't see the end of the garden this morning, it cleared a bit but now it is closing in again. We didn't go for our daily walk because my husband has chronic bronchitis and mustn't go out in fog. The tablets he is on are so good that we sometimes forget the bronchitis so have to be careful we don't exacerbate it.
I'm ashamed to say that after tidying up and running the hoover round, I sat in the warm and did my knitting. And very cosy it was too

Not sure

I've had an e mail from someone whose name I don't recognize wanting to start a conversation with me . It had weight-loss.fitness in the title The thing is, I was suspicious because it went into my spam folder, which in my book, means it was a multi send. I've not answered it and deleted it so if it is someone I genuinely know, apologies and please let me know on here that you are who you say you are

:grouphug: Better to be safe than sorry Polly! If it's "sincere," you'll know soon.. ;)

Hope your day/evening is a great one!

If someone is attempting to spam you through the messaging system please let us know who and what so they can be dealt with, to protect all members from this sort of bad behaviour.

It sounded very cosy Polly. I'm housebound today too as it's very smoky from all of the bushfires. I'm the same with fog. I'm feeling very mucky in the chest I'm afraid as some seeps into the house.
