OMIGOSH... What a horrible Friday... :cry:

Only 4 hours sleep bc of the pain/agony and got to the dentist at 9:30AM ...Had to wait to even get in chair until after 10.. (While in all this pain)

Then, I get the fantastic news that my darn CROWNED - Tooth/Root Canal from years ago has been destroyed by cavity. Even the dentist was shocked and said this is very, very rare.
Leave it to me! lol :rolleyes:
Could not be saved so it was pulled. For what ever reason the shots just didn't work properly so I felt the extraction and was crying. So embarrassing!

Left Walgreens for pain meds at 12:30PM and made it home by 1pm. Got hubby off to work (he leaves house at 3pm to make it to work by 4 and works till 2:30 - 4AM depending on work load), and finally was able to lie down! Only 2 hour nap and the pain woke me up.

Haven't been able to lie back down bc now I'm in that foggy/overly tired - insomnia state and still in pain.. So achy. It was the large/last back tooth; upper left so it left a huge hole plus of course there is infection and the dentist told me today/tonight/tomorrow will be painful. GREAT...:drooling: :ack2:

I have only had 2 bottles of water, some tea and 2 yogurts today... I'm starved, but in too much pain to try and fix soup/eat it.. Hubby feels terrible he couldn't call in but this is their busy season at the printing company.

Gotta get off here bc my eyes hurt so bad, as well as my head & the computer light is driving me crazy..lol..

Hoping I will be able to go to bed soon! :sleeping:

So far this Week:

Sunday - Grocery Store Day ... I really wanted to fit in work out but it just didn't happen. Hard Flooring/Concrete just does my left foot/heel in. I was at the store for the big visit as well..
2 1/2 hours and the lines were crazy. After the 3 days of heavy rain and flooding everyone was at the store! Not like I was sitting still with all that though...LOL.. Lots of walking around, loading car, unloading car and putting away...

Monday - Just Finished... Leslie Sansone 3 Miles with HIIT - Walking Aerobics: 48 Minutes! Heck Yes!

Tuesday - BL Power X-Train - Warm Up * Metabolic Circuit w/Bob w/6 lb each dumbbells * I added a Floor Session (crunches with dumbbell, strait bar presses 12 lbs, bridges, saw, the 100 and inner thigh pilates leg scissors.) * Cool Down + Stretches. Total: 33 minutes

Wednesday - Leslie Sansone 3 Miles with HIIT - Walking Aerobics: 48 Minutes Proud of myself bc I truly wanted to STOP at the 2 mile marker!

Thursday - BL Power X-Train - Warm Up * Metabolic Circuit w/Bob w/6 lb each dumbbells * Cool Down + Stretches: 27 minsTook a nap of course!

Friday - *sigh* Rest Day - Dental Work & Recovery
 
You take care of yourself. Hopefully when your hubby gets home he can fix you some soup. So sorry you are in so much pain, I've heard that some people just do not take to Novocain and that just sucks that you happen to be one. Get well soon :grouphug:

A to the Men! I feel like a human today and got much needed sleep! OooO, I'm so thankful for this relief! lol

I know this sounds just terrible, but I have no way to describe it..... The past few days and especially yesterday, I just wanted to DIE.....I'm a pretty strong/tough woman, when it comes to teeth/ears though - I'm a big ole WIMP/Cry Baby!

Happy to report: With my hard work, fitness, point system & my "forced fast day" yesterday, I LOST 2.4 lbs! I'm now 187.6 :hurray: :jump:
 
Didn't feel up to the couponing/grocery list today and we are out of everything!

My grocery list should have been made Thursday or Friday - then go to store Friday/Sat.. Of course with all said above... that hasn't happened!

Thank goodness I'm an organized and prepared person bc I have an "Emergency Bin" I keep in our master closet. Found Mac 'n Cheese, Soup and other soft foods I can handle right now until I can get to the store for healthier options while healing.

We have been without power for days due to living in tornado alley and during hubby's slow season it comes in handy if our grocery budget is super tight!

Plus, you never know when the Walking Dead Apocalypse could happen?! :eek:

I keep it full of bottled water, can goods (fruit, spam, soups, stew, mac n cheese, veggies, beans and so on. Plus, medical supplies and batteries.) We have 4 LED Lanterns as well.

During his busy season Aug - December, each week at store I buy a few more things to add to each group. :) We have a camping stove/fuel as well...So handy when we have lost power!

My mac 'n cheese is almost ready. :) Gonna watch Bewitched & Hocus Pocus! :D

OMG Stacy. I am so sorry I missed all your agony. You poor thing! There have been so many diaries lately & I seem to be so far behind :( You are so helpful & encouraging to everyone! Hope your mouth is coming right, xo Cate

Yay, Walking Dead fans! I'm not sure that I'll be able to stay up tonight for it (especially with the time change) but I am going to try.

Did 60 Squats * 25 minute basic walk w/2 lb each hand weights; Didn't want to get extraction area to start throbbing!

Think that's mighty fine re: my issues at the moment. :)
