What a cute little doggie! How often does she get groomed? I've never had a dog that got groomed before, although looking back at how hairy my family's golden retriever was I really wish my parents had done something about that.

Such a cute dog. :D

Oaks: lol :D ...She goes every 2 months. We do what we need to in-between her visits. We can't just do it ourselves bc she is so darn furry/fluffy and the experts get her cut/trim just right. :) Especially to bring her much needed relief during summer in TX! :ack2:

Cory: Thanks! ;) She is spoiled rotten and my lil baby for sure!

8 of 30 Days completed so far.

Not weighing in this time... dumb tom.... Plus, no point with the holiday weekend and BBQ...:rotflmao:

Not worried anyway bc of how hard I have worked the past few days... :svengo:Lots of exercise/cals burned!!

9 hours of unpacking, cleaning and decorating for 2 days in a row...Yesterday was grocery store and errands.
Will finish the REST today! Praise the Lord. lol :) Just the den left which is computer room/study.
I'm ready to get back to my regular routine schedule!

We had our new bed delivered Thursday as well....Holy cow what a difference! We have slept so well!
We got the Serta "Moon Cloud" Memory Foam Adjustable Bed w/Controls. It will raise all the way up to sit up position.
Such a blessing bc having it just a little bit elevated has done wonders for hubby's snoring! :biggrinjester:

Well, back to work in the den!

A new bed can do wonders. I'm shopping for a mattress currently. Mine is about 15 years old and I think it's time to get a new one.

We shopped for new bed last year. We opted for a orthopedic one because we have tried memory foam and just can't get on with it.Our old one was 20yrs old so it was high time for a new one

:seeya:Thanks for visiting. We are very happy with the bed!

Been MIA... I will catch up in all your journals soon I hope. I do miss keeping up with all of you. :grouphug:

My precious Nannie (I have talked about..In a private care home for Alzheimer's) has had several mini strokes and then a bad stroke.
I was with her right before she passed away...

She passed Sunday morning.

She is no longer suffering. Praise the Lord. I'm so thankful for that and it makes this a little bit easier.

I have PawPaw here with me and I will receive her ashes this week. They will be together. I will honor their wishes and mix their ashes and lay them to rest in Tawakoni, TX where they lived for over 30 years. Those were the best years of their lives.

I will be back soon..:seeya:

I'm so sorry to hear that, Stacy. Mixing their ashes and letting them rest where they spent so many happy years is a wonderful way to honor them. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

:grouphug: Thanks Everyone...

Emotions are still running high for me..

Gotta pull myself together.... Healthy Eating/Exercise.... None..

I'm all the way back up to my starting weight again.

I need a fresh start and will start a new diary/journal soon...

:waving:

I'm sorry you are suffering Stacy & I send you lots of love. You must look after yourself though honey & emotional eating will only make things much worse. Stop now sweetie. Make this moment the moment that you took back control. You can do it. :grouphug: xo Cate

I hope you are feeling better now.
