Hey guys! Not a bad day...Trying to survive this week tho...ugh
Anyway here's what I had today:
cereal and milk
bread and ab (don't worry...pb is still my first and only true love ha ha)
yogurt
snacks: 1 apple, 2 plums, 1 string cheese, 1 nectarine, 1 gum
dinner: 2 and half kabobs, lil rice, 1 "kuku"
salad
water and tea
Exercise: Ok am soooo happy because I almost did not go at all. First of all, we got out of class late. Second, my stomach was feeling all bloated and crap. Third, one of my legs had a "shin splint" going on on account of my running yesterday I think. But...I knew if I didn't go I wouldn't be productive w/ school work, I wouldn't be able to fall asleep (nap), I might eat dinner early just because and it wouldn't be mom's kabob so yeah...Am so proud of myself! And wouldn't you know...as soon as I entered the gym my stomach issue resolved (bowel movement ha ha), my "shin splint" went away (exercise usually relieves the problem), and felt in better spirits overall = success. Highly recommend it to anyone! =) So: hr cardio, weights
Tomorrow night will be stressful, but I'll survive! P.S. am excited b/c mom bought almonds so I will prepare almond butter later! =p
