Umm sure just remeber I am a cheap drunk three drinks and I am done lol plus its been like three years since any drinks lol. Living farther from school is a big plus would be nice if we didn't have such cold winters lol. I hope my shirt will fit right now I look prego in it lol, but I did buy a new outfit that does fit well the pants did now they are a bit to big thank god they came with a belt lol.

HAHAHA, drinking is optional! By the time I get out there I'll be a cheap drunk too! I quit drinking a few months ago - exercise+alcohol=counterproductivity

That's awesome when clothes start to not fit (in a GOOD way). I'm going to go buy some new clothing tomorrow I think - I'm going to go to a Thrift Store - there's a Salvation Army close to me. I don't want to spend a lot on clothes just to have them not fit real soon...plus who doesn't love getting awesome deals!
 
Oh yeah I am the same way but the salvation army here sucks almost get better deals on clearence item at walmart or giant tiger lol... true drinking is counterproductive but a girls nite needs a couple of drinks lol....

Well yesterday I went for a walk for about an hour and a half wasnt as long as normal as I took a short cut to and from school lol but was a good workout as I cut through a field that is still knee deep snow lol. Didn't do anything eles was just to tired and fell asleep after supper. Hope to do some today will be hard as everyone has the day off but I am going to try and get a walk in.

Regina's Value Village was pretty good from what I remember (but that was 4 years ago) - the value villages here are ok - I bought $80 worth of clothes and got over 10 items but sometimes they want TOOOO much. There are a few Good Will's here but I've never been - a lady I work with says they are great... maybe regina has one of those?

1.5 hour walk is AWESOME! WOW where do you walk to make it entertaining for that long? The weather's been sooo nice too (well it has been here so I'm guessing it has been there too) that must just make it even better.
 
I take danmien to school its a halk an hour one way but if I cut across the tracks its like 15 min lol Havn't been to value village hell i dont even know where it is lol sall ann is like 3 blocks from my house i go there to mostly but books cheap
 
So yesterday was a bust nothing went my way.. and today I feel like crap so I most likly won't do anything tonight which sux, hopfully I will feel better tomorrow( crossing fingers).

Value Village is on Broad Street over by the Sears Clearance Center (there are connected by the mini mall they are in) - but they both have private entrances. (same area kinda where the OLD superstore use to be - it's a few more block North.)

That sux that the day was so shitty! It'll get better!

Hi thanx thankfully the waether is starting to get much warmer.


Managed a walk yesterday was about an hour long all said and done. But now I feel worse then I did before I went..lol Still feeling like crap today and can't stop coughing but I got some cough syrup and am drinking tea with a bit of honey(someone told me it helps so far I think they were full of it..lol) Did get my walk this morning not that I had the choice to skip it lol. I hope this cold goes away just as fast as it came arond this time(should only take til summer lol). I want to get back to doing everything I want to and this is defenetly slowing my down. :(
 
I have never tried this myself but apparently rubing some vicks vapour rub on your feet (yes your feet) help to reduce coughtfing. My dad swears by this, it is worth a try!!!! Hope you feel better soon!
 
I hope you feel better soon! Don't push yourself, take some time to relax and focus on getting better. Your boys are going to keeping you running around enough :) ! Don't worry if you have to take a couple days off the long walks, you can make it up when you are healthy and 100% again!
 
I can't stop the walk or eles Damien will not get to school but thankfully he goes to grandmas after school so right now it is not often I have to pick him up after school. Otherwise I'mjust sitting around coughing drinking lots of fluids. And my boys are running me every direction they can think of simply because they know I am sick and are trying to get away with everything lol so far not working out they way they seemed to think it would....I'm still mean lol according to them hehehe :D.

Anyways sorta feeling better today got lots of sleep last night although not a solid sleep since my two oldest were having bad dearms damn monsters lol. Took Damien to school this morning was super slippery but made me work at bit harder to stay upright. Going to take it easy for the rest of the day and I am going to make a big pot of homemade turkey soup which should help once I load it full of onions and garlic lol.

Thanks me to this cold thing is getting old fast lol.. the soup was good lots of kick to it and I still have some left over so will be really spicy later or tomorrow.
 
yeah, gotta take the kids to school :) . Sorry i thought u meant u take extra walks (other than the walk to school). Take a short cut :) ...... Even better, get your man to take them ;-) and then when he gets back, breakfest in bed......(yeah i know - wishful thinking..lol)
 
Oh man is that ever wishfull thinking that has not happened uumm ever in eight years. No other extra walks I do take a short cut home got to love train tracks! If only they didn't dump me out in really bad areas lol stupid gangbangers/crack heads....lol


Did my walk today did it in under an hour and I am doing better then I thought I would.. The soup I made last night has way more kick to it this morning got to love cajun spice lol.
