Just read through your diary!
I think it's amazing that you realized that you a bad of chips and know NOT to do it again! :)
JUST FYI - What I do when I buy in bulk is get 100 calorie zip lock bags and fill them up with small portions (Check the calories per serving and the serving size before you fill up those bags). I know it can get tedious but at times like watching a movie etc you'll be happy with just one pack! Even if you eat a couple of those it's 200 calories! :) It's a good thing to keep you in control when you're 'starting out' and even later actually! (I still do it!)

That's a good tip normally when I but chips I get the halloween sized bags. Great for treats for everyone once and awhile but I like the your tip much better will have to put that into action next time I buy chips.
 
Did my work out almost didn't make it the full 30 min, but I pushed myself to finish it! :party: Could really feel how much I worked the other day. Now all I want to do it go to bed and sleep..lol but I can't as the kids are up which is good since they keep me moving, so hopefully I won't get to stiff. :eek2: And maybe I can catch a little nap when my hubby gets home before supper.
 
Sick as a dog today( so not fun). I hope I will feel much better tomorrow, I spent most of my morning in bed sleeping. Otherwise feeling good not to stiff my muscles should loosen up as the afternoon goes on. :)
 
Feeling much better today, I spent most of yesterday sleeping and drinking tea. Now if the cold would only go away! I am going to try and do some sort of workout today even if its only walking up and down the stairs, don't want to push myself to hard and get worse instead of better. And if I lay off the workouts I'm going to have a hard time getting back into them (like last time I was doing it) and I dont't want that to happen.
 
Wow did ten min going up and down my stairs, just showed me how out of shape I really am. I am completly out of breath and my legs a jello. Will have to do that more often used to be able to do a lot more.
 
I can breath today! wooohoo going to do my biggest loser workouts today (sometime) for an hour. Thankfully there is not a lot of jumping or jogging so I should be able to get through it with out loosing a lung or two lol. I hope I can get back to cardio next week! GGrrr I hate being sick kills my appitite but I must try and eat something some food is better then none I sure am getting sick of soup!.lol BBL to let you know how I managed.
 
Never got my workout in last night as the kids were sick :(. today the seem to be betterish. So I got in a 35 min workout while they were all napping. I used 5lbs weights instaed of 2.5 lbs weights and found I had to work harder! woohoo!! now my arms really feel like jello :) I am going to try and get some more work out time in later tonight as I want to try and get in an hour. I hope soon I will be able to do it in one stretch but we will see if everyone in my house will work withme on that one....
 
Well this morning I can sure feel the workout I did yesterday in my arms and chest. The heavier weights definitely made a difference, when I used the lighter ones I didn't realy feel it so I'm going to stick with the 5 pound ones. Otherwise though feeling really good starting to get over my cold (yippy!!:D).

well so far today my workout has been a 10 min walk lots of running around this morning. I hope to get something eles in today but I don't know as the day seems to be staying at a hectic speed. I sure wish I could slow the clock down just enough to get thing I want to done lol..

I just wanted to say hi! You look very motivated...I know how hard it is to find time to work out when you have young kids...I have two myself they are 3 and 1, I have such a hard time fitting workouts by the time they sleep I am half dead myself, so congrats on getting those work out!!!!
 
thanks my three are 6 4 and 1. yeah I wam the same way once they are done for the night all I want to do is say screw it and go to bed lol. Between this site and watching Biggest Loser I am more determind then ever to get this done. I'm so sick of this extra weight makes it hard sometimes to play with my boys as much as they would like me to because I cannot keep up even a little bit. I would like to slow them down a bit lol but I know that won't happen unless they are asleep..lol
 
Well dang it not going to get a workout in again..have a friend over for a visit that I have not seen in a few years should be a good night. I will defenetly get a workout in tomorrow or eles.. even if I have to ducktape the kids to something lol( I won't but boy is it tempting sometimes lol). Well here is to a late night.
 
Got a nice walk in today had to pick up my oldest from school in total the walk is an hour and about 4.5 k. it can be done much faster but had the two younger ones with me, so it was slow but good! My legs are sore have not had to make that walk in awhile will prob. feel it more tomorrow lol. Hope to get someother workout in tonight but will see how that goes.
 
Oh man I have been lazy this week an hour and ten min of doing something wow that is really sad..... No wonder I am grouchy today I need a good kick in the butt! Ok so tonight I am going to do an hour work out even if it kills me lol and again tomorrow because if I don't then I will not do it at all. I am so mad at myself right. Well no ore lazy bum for me.

Next week will e good no matter what I will have an hour walk in every morning( taking my oldest to school) plus what I will do at home as I don't have to pick him up( he goes to grandmas after school). Can't wait for wamer wearther then my walk will be twice a day for a total of 2 hrs. The kids and I will be able to enjoy going to and from school much better and I will feel like I really do get out of the house once and a while lol.

Anyways time to run got to get the youngest ready for bed woohoo. Once they are all in bed I will just have to resist the urge to sitdown and do nothing.* kicks self in butt* lol :doh:
 
Sweet I hurt (it's all good) did about 20 minuets of cadio and it is kicking my butt lots of squats, twists and jumping. It was like a basic kick boxing lesson which is cool since I like kick boxing. then followed that with about ten min. of weights ( I know kinda sad) but my arms are done. I am going to try and work on my abs tonight after the kids are in bed as I will not be able to tomorrow as I have a family dinner to go to.

Feeling good though set out what I wanted to do today now I am off to continue house work(yippy! :( )
 
Thanx somedays are easier then others more often then not is depends on my kids. all I can say is thank god the youngest two still nap most days and the oldest is at school. Weekends are hardest as my hubby is almost always working(drives me nuts) but I try and work around that. Today will be a bust just too much to do and get ready for dinner at my parents house. I still have a few hours to go and will be lucky if I can get everything done lol kids just don't want to work with me. lol But tomorrow should be good hubby will be home as monday is a Family day and he doesnt have to go to work. So he should be able to entertain the kids long enough for me to try the cardio again (woohoo it can kick my butt again..lol :) ) And then starting tuesday I will have an hour walk every morning( unless hubby doesn't work) so at least I will have that bit of exersice in no matter what, I just can't let mself slack off because I did "something already" in a day...well going to go got kids to bathe (woohoo clean bathrom floor lol ) have a good one all! :D
 
I am amazed managed to get everything ready and get in a half hour workout out man am I sore lol. Now have just a little bit of time to kill before we leave.
