Just read through your diary!
I think it's amazing that you realized that you a bad of chips and know NOT to do it again!
JUST FYI - What I do when I buy in bulk is get 100 calorie zip lock bags and fill them up with small portions (Check the calories per serving and the serving size before you fill up those bags). I know it can get tedious but at times like watching a movie etc you'll be happy with just one pack! Even if you eat a couple of those it's 200 calories!
It's a good thing to keep you in control when you're 'starting out' and even later actually! (I still do it!)

Could really feel how much I worked the other day. Now all I want to do it go to bed and sleep..lol but I can't as the kids are up which is good since they keep me moving, so hopefully I won't get to stiff.
And maybe I can catch a little nap when my hubby gets home before supper.
