hope I can do it this time

So today I am cleaning my house top to bottom with spring here we are having issues with mice ggggrrrrrrr. So that will count as part of my workout as I will most likly end up doing most of it myself with some help form the little ones. Should be a good work out as it is so hot in here and moving things sucks lol. And as a bonus I will have more room sorta to workout. I won't be a close to the tv so I won't have to worry about hitting it..lol although sometimes I wish I didn't have one somedays it is just to tempting to sit and watch it all day.lol

Am going to get a good workout in tonight going to aim for an hour. I have been slacking big time the last week or so and I am so mad at myself. As a result the scale is going the wrong way. So I need to cut the crap stop being a bum and get my ass moving more or eles lol don't what the or eles is but I will figure it out lol.
 
I hear you about the mouse thing, my former house was infested with them (stupid crawl space) Doing a clean up after that is a work out in itself!! I also feel like just sitting in front of the tv and not moving but with kids that's never happening the min I sit, they need something lol!!! Forget the bad week , live learn move on!!! That is the only way this works!!!!
 
Have had that before I hate crawl spaces. We have a full basement here but the walls are so full of holes they can get in no matter what I do lol going to fill holes this summer and I hope that will stop them from coming in....

I have moved on from the bad week sorta lol got real lazy and have not really done anything still walking everyday but easter break starts on thrusday so I will have to make sure I get my butt up and moving and get the walks in anyways and since my hubby is home I am sure I will be able to get the time. I am going to try running again as my knee feels better . I'm thinking the stroller may help me a bit if nothing eles I can lean against it when I feel like I am going to die lol and the baby will love it since he loves being outside. And its really nice out no more stupid snow lol hehehe now comes the rain but I like rain so it is all good.
 
Kids are off school for easter means eleven days off. :( lol but I am proud of myself today I got up and went for a walk with the baby (had to wait for hubby to get up) and am going to try and take them to the park later depending on how my baby is feeling(he has a nasty cold that is slowly going away). I hope it will stay warm out today but looks likes clouds are rollign in but with luck we wil get there and that will be a good workout I should sleep like the dead tongiht.
 
About the mice thing one of my friends told me peppermint oil repels mice appenrently if you put it on cotton balls and spread them in your house they won't go anywhere near those (she use to put them all over her kitchen and in sock drawers) Maybe if you but those in the wall before plugging up the walls it will help!

That's worth a try - AND it would smell good! I love the smell of mint!

Cleaning TOTALLY counts as exercise! You can REALLY break a sweat after a couple hours!
 
few hours are you nuts lol i was drenched after 20 min moving the couch suck big heavy thing. I have not been going with my plan of getting a walk in everyday while school is out. But good news is my hubby got a new job and is working evenings so I have time and no one to bug me at night I can really get back into my workouts! yippy! lol I am going to start tonight after the kids go to bed I am almost excited lol its gonna hurt like hell though I am going to try for a full hour.
 
well did not get my workout in as i had planned i had unexpected company last night. not all bad just a lot of sitting around and chatting..lol but by the time they left it was after ten and I really didnt feel like it.

went for a 30min walk in the crazy winds almost had the baby stroller blown over thankfully i was going to buy some stuff for supper so it didnt happen again on the way home. was working hard though really feel it in my legs wind sucks but it does make for a good workout when you have to walk directly into it lol. Got a new workout dvd yesterday (wooohooo!) its got 3 ten min workouts it has a cardio sculpt, kickboxing sculpt( that one should be fun!) and a pilates sculpt( i am not to sure about that one as I have never tried pilates before.) it sounds interesting will see how i like it tonight. hopfully i like it but even if i dont i will still throw it into the mix i have going on just for something different once and a while lol.
 
Omg used my new workout dvd tonght wow i am sweating like its the middle of summer (woohoo!!!) i did then ten min cardio sculpt( have to remeber weights next time) and the ten min kickboxing sculpt. was it ever good! it was challenging and fast paced( i managed to keep up for the most part! yippy!) i just need to work on my coordination and i will have it. so with the warm up and cool down i did a total of 30 min. i was going to try for another 30 min but i am having some side pains so i am going to call it a night.

yeah lol it was bad buildings downtown lost signs and sideing the evacuated the sgi building.. was a crazy couple of days....thankfully now the wind is gone well for now anyways lol.

Going to my mom's today it is my dad's birthday! wohoo free food and birthday cake lol makes a perfect sunday. School starts tomorrow :party: I think it is going to be the best monday ever lol and I will get my walks in agian as I have been slacking on that. I am really really liking hubbies new job I have lots of time for me (such a nice change! lol). And it gives me lots of time for my workouts! woohoo.
 
well this morning was a kicker almost slept in lol not good but we got through it and to school on time despite the snow :mad: hoping to get a workout in tonight but I am not sure if I will be able to as I am getting my computer fixed, and who knows how long that will take.
 
Nothing like a thunderstorm at wake a person up in the morning. And now it has started hailing lol what a great day. thankfully it was not this bad going to school it was just really windy. Got my workout in last nite i did the same thing i did the other day wow it was good but needs way better music lol.

YES GET YOUR BUTT BACK IN GEAR, lol !!!! The longer you wait the harder it is - I learned that the hard way.

I've been slacking a little more than I should be too - haven't really been watching my diet and doing less cardio than I should. Maybe it's the weather!!

Don't worry we're gonna be SUPER SEXY for summer!!!!
 
lol yeah im still slacking but am slowly getting back into it would help if i could stop getting sick, then i would have more energy.
 
So I tried TuboJam last night, it was good i like it now just to get the moves down lol i skipped the learn and burn part, to slow for me but even going in blind it was a very good workout. Now if i can just keep it up I will be set.
 
That's the worst part of a new workout isn't it? You feel like you only got half a workout because you don't know the moves. Stick with it and you'll have them down in no time.
 
i would have had them down more if i had stuck with the first part of the work out lol but standing there doing them slowly just feels kind of pointless..lol
yes i am going to stick with it i liked it alot.
